Terrible service, ive been contacting them on email since the start of this month. This after a visist to the branch where the email adress was given to me . Then again we are low income groups so service is not meant for us
Well done to the cashier Nadia at Spar, my wife and i wanted more information on the win a ball competetion, the lady glday explained and went to get us a pamplat , i was pleasntly suprised at her level of care . This was not a big deal we just wanted to know, however its people like that that bring a campaign to life. They just need to work on being more faster at the kiosk , the ticket lady must stay at her post so that the que can move quicker
Always a pain going to fill up fuel, but the guys at Astron Diepkloof zone 3 make it a little more pleasent. I use this station alot as its on my way to work and on a road i use even on weekends. These guys are so energetic, freindly and helpful. Service is quick and they ensure all things are checked before you drive off..Keep it up guys!!!!!
So much for the diffrence, Went to their store in Colmbine ave to grab a quick gifet for mothers day. When i got there found chickens on speacial and i thoght let me buy this for my gran and my mom. After waiting for more than 30 min at the deli for the chickens with other people because its agood dealso i understood the long wait time, only to get to the till to be told i cant but two chickens without a card..wait Why are we now being forced by retailers to have strore cards? Some people buy at this high end store for speacial occasions . I studied retail business at University of Johannesburg and i have worked with this brand a client but to see how they actually treat people in their stores , The lady at the till must go work for shoprite she doesnt understand that we come to WW for the service and experience and we pay the price for good service but to be met with somone like that at WW was shocking, ill use the WW in Hillfox or somewhere in the Northern affluent areas as they treat people properly in the lower LSM areas they tend to drop the service
Its been hell dealing with this company! They sold me their service but never delivered. Sales person said a fit met certificate would be sent with the installation...didnt happen! i told them ill only pay when i get what was sold and now they have listed me ! please advise which ombuds man can assist me here ? i think i saw their head office in Midrand , the next step will be to go there and it will not be a nice visit . The CPA must come into effect as these ****** sell lies to hook people and they must be stopped. No one has called to investigate this matter they just do as they please and mess up peoples lives.
Best customer experience for 2025, i went to jet South gate to get some stuff for my bed room on Sunday and i was assisted by a very firendly lady, didnt get her name ..but her birthday is in October, she was so helful and willing to assist, its been a while since i was this impressed by a sales consultant..i wish her a happy birthday and many more ...thank you for making my day
they sold me a tracker and promised a certificate that i can use to lower my insurance, the guy came to install but the certificate never came, now they have listed me and i found that the unit didnt even work, i have been trying to get this dispute resolved for months now and its almost a year of no joy.please advise which ombudsman can help me with this *****sters !
Terrible customer service from Boipelo Rabanyane her conduct and treatment to customers is shocking to say the least. We explained to her that the claim is for Life cover but her dismive attitude got the better of her , may we please be called by her supervisor aus Tsholofelo or her manager as customers it's within the CPA for us to get service ,we will send the documents for the LIFE cover and hope that we don't have to consultant the Ombudsman as the level of service is terrible
Claim was sent in after a 4 months of getting all their requirements, after a physical visit to their offices in Dainfern now they say there is TAT for Life policy claims??!!!..how can you answer a consumer with such lies, your ads and auto responses from the claims department say 72hours , we are now in week two of this claim can someone please assist us ! The consumer protection act does not support your processes which makes it illegal..perhaps the ombuds will be able to rule on this matter
A bank that is not truthful to customers cannot be trusted! My aunt passed away in 2020 July due to Covid 19. We went to the bank to inform them about her passing so that we can do a funeral claim, which was done however we asked that the money in the account be with drawn , they refused and said the account is frozen , few days we got the bank statement and it showed transactions of debit orders on the account after they had said the account is frozen from all transactions . My 75 yr old gran had to go to a branch to query these debit orders only to be told to go to Greenstone where her bank account was opened, really in 2021 we still send people to branches ? during a pandemic...you are insensitive this old lady lost her child due to covid and you are requesting her to expose her self to the very same covid10..very unethical . all we want is the all debit orders reversed and that money given to the beneficiary of this estate . The ombudsman will be our next step, then social media and political parties...we will not allow to be bullied by big banks because we are just black consumers from the townships, we are also people like the those they serve quickly and properly we must go through hoops to get service but we pay the same ..even more at times due to racial profiles.
