Terrible service from Nedbank, you now use ******* tactics to try "scare" clients, and when called out on it they will literally ghost you and act like they have no cooking clue what you are on about ... everything needs to be investigated, but no answer has been received 8 days later ... The most patethic and useless bank I have ever used. And their service consultants are absolutely disrespectful, one in particular is Sihle from the Durban branch, apparently I was emailing too often to which she found quite annoying because she was not capable of doing her job to follow up and give me feedback. She also has NO telephonic skills, she can laugh at your frustration as well as speak over clients, clearly says a lot about what training was given by Nedbank
My husband and I purchased a car (BMW 320i F30 2016) from Audi Vereeniging in May 2022. We dealt with Reno who lacks basic manners and respect for clients, when questioned about the sale. After 6 months the car started having cooling system issues, which then led to my husband having the entire gearbox replaced. When Reno was questioned he had the most patethic don't care attitude and literally told my husband "do what you want, call the dealer principal for all I care" (I can happily provide proof of this so that this branch does not respond and lie to people. He refused to provide ANY information on the history of the vehicle, yet when it came to the sale he was greedy enough and more than happy to lie, cheat and ***** from people...Fast forward to April 2026, we are now trying to sell the car, and have been told that the car was definitely involved in a front smash in 2018. THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED, I cannot believe how disgusting and *****ulent this branch is ... i would never want anyone to experience what we have, save yourself the lies, money and point blank *****.
Extremely disappointed with Discovery and their lack of service. I requested to have my medical aid moved to private capacity from Jan 2026, only to find out today that even though THEIR OWN SYSTEM REFLECTS that a request to move to private capacity was captured, someone decided to cancel my membership all together. After being sent from pillar to post for over an hour, my medical aid has still not been reinstated, and apparently someone will contact me before the next festive season ... DO better Discovery !
Paid off my rental in December, and since then Teljoy has gone silent and refuse to send me my paid up letter. Collections department and customer care department are absolutely useless.
PATETHIC SERVICE BY MTN Between MTN and their 3rd party who they deal with - Ignition Group, I would never recommend anyone taking out phone contracts or doing an upgrade with them. Absolutely USELESS. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get my upgrade done, I have been sent from pillar to post, been given incorrect information, have had consultants make changes on my profile which has caused even more unnecessary nonsense. How can MTN first tell me that Mondo Sales is handling my upgrade, only for Mondo sales to tell me that MTN Retentions / Ignition Group are actually doing my upgrade ? It's as if every single person at MTN AND IGNITION does not know how to do their job, yet they happily take a salary home every month .... PATETHIC

I am extremely disappointed with the service from MTN. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years, and today has honestly been a very unprofessional experience. I have been trying to get an additional contract added for the last 3 hours, I spoke to a consultant for over 30 minutes, only for her to tell me the system is slow and she call back in 2 mins… it has been 3 hours and no call back. I then called MTN 3 times, to be pushed around and the lines were also very unclear, eventually ended up at an entirely different department to be told my application was cancelled due to a system error. Why did no one contact me back ? this morning I called 135 because I have not received a call from anyone regarding my new request I did online for a new contract. Long story short, yesterday I was told I have approximately 9k credit, this morning the agent says I have R0.00 ???? I then get transferred to retentions where that agent told me I do have credit of approximately 9k and she doesn’t understand why I was told I don’t. Is this how MTN customers are treated ? There is no customer service, no urgency to assist customers and this has really made me consider switching to a different network
