I needed to cut some large sheets into custom sizes, not only was the promised date not met. They have a tolerance of 3 mm both ways. So a board might be 3mm longer or shorter, which of course does not help if you build shelving. Besides that a few cuts were skew as well by a few millimeters.
I was double charged for a flight, promised a refund only for the ******* to take of the same amount again from my credit card. So now I am triple charged
Put a claim in on 2022 December for a small bumper bash, Claim was approved, so far still waiting for it to be repaired. Contacted them many times with promises made every time. Guess they are an ok insurance company until you claim
I canceled my webhosting with exclusive web, which sold their company/customer base to 1-grid. They moved over my details to 1-grid which now considers me as an active customer. So they keep emailing me invoices and reminders and don't respond to tickets you open
Someone got the name wrong. Fast should be taken out and be replaced by No (No way|) Parcels even within the Gauteng area take days. Every time a company uses Fastway I know I have to wait and wait. When they arrive they don't even have the decency to ring the bell. They just hoot and leave within 5 seconds. I am so glad I did not use them for my e-commerce venture, as I am sure I would have many angry customers. With the *******Guy (fill in the *) I can guarantee my customers when it will arrive even with the remotes of places
The 11th of July 2018 we asked GEMS about obtaining medical appliances for my mother in law, today the 1st of November we get a response, as if we could wait so long to wait for approval. It was required from that time. It is not on that you only get a response a couple of months later
<p>Something went wrong during a payment for a flight ticket with SAFAIR. No ticket was issued so I started over again second time it was succesfully completed. Unfortunately checking my Credit Card I noticed they deducted funds from my Credit Card for the failed transaction and the succesful transaction. Now I have to wait for upto 21 days to receive a refund. </p>
<p>For the last 2 months I have been trying to download invoices & itemised billings, but this functionality is broken. It used to work in the past, but not anymore. I have also the setting enabled to receive invoices by email and that is also not working. Due to our non existent post office we hardly receive the paper invoices anymore. We need the invoices to get reimbursed. I complained about this last month to vodacom with the response that it shoul;d be fixed. It is not.</p>
I have been a long time client of Nedbank, but today's treatment i received to stop a Credit Card and report fraudulent transactions, might make me consider.<br> <br> I phoned nedbank, explained the issue to the call centre agent. He put me though to what was supposed to be the department dealing with above issue, After giving the reference number I was told it is another department who deals with that. So i got put through again.<br> <br> Finally someone who could stop my card. But he doesn't deal with disputes that has to go somewhere else, so I was put through again. Just to be greeted by an answering machine where I could leave a voice message ????<br> <br> Contacted nedbank again, explained what happened so they put through to the department again, just to be answered and put on hold straight away.<br> <br> So I phone again and finally got through to the dept dealing with disputes.<br> <br> We discussed the transactions I disputed and she asked for my email address and told me I will receive a dispute form in the next to business days.<br> <br> Sorry Netbank/Nedbank, this is not on We don't live in the 18th century anymore, an email should be almost instant, not 2 business days to send & arrive.
