Worst customer Support I need to give one star as the system wont allow zero Contact the non existent Support twice in two weeks via email and they ignore you This company forces hideous insurance on a customer then ignores you Customer service is non existent STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Wish we could give negative star Bradlows Bellville The mess and time wasted by the salesperson I went in to open an account and ordered The salesperson ignored me telling him I have moved an inputted an incorrect address. He also ignored my rejecting the insurance offer, and added it on the purchase. Called CS next day and was told sorry can't change the delivery address.. after calling a second time threatening to cancel my order, I get referred to the Branch who change the address. I get an sms saying delivery 12th October Today the 12th I call CS to confirm the delivery as I need to stay home.. they confirm.. 14h00 no delivery I contacted the salesperson he confirmed it will be delivered today.. It' now 18h30 .. I have wasted my day waiting for a confirmed delivery and it has not been delivered. BRADLOWS Bellville does not value the customer They con added items onto your invoice promise delivery, confirm the delivery on the day.. then don't deliver.. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer
What a pitiful, shameful company Rented a Tablet, 21 days in it died.. 4 weeks later .. after paying for 2 months .. No Tablet, no one calls to update me, I have to follow up .. get sent from pillar to post by *********** staff.. Customer service does not exist in any form from their agents right up to their manager .. utterly useless.. Technical team the same .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TELJOY ARE THEIR TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT YOU AS A CLIENT THEIR PRODUCT SUPPORT AND QUALITY IS SO POOR If I could give a negative star rating this would be a negative 10

They send threatening emails trying to ****** funds after you cancel, this is a ****MING *****ULENT SITE BEWARE -- This site is designed to *******ly ****** funds - client care/support/service does not exist -- ALL THEY DO IS KEEP TRYING TO BILL AND SEND THREATS

Did a instant transfer to a savings account 24 hours later still no funds in the savings account Call Std client care .. on hold for 30 plus minutes Still no assistance.. I was charged the instant fee but no one knows where the money is Shocking service I am seriously considering changing Banks
