I have been on the phone for over an hour....this is one of the most frustrating incidents. I got an SMS of a traffic fine from them and get this I have never been to that province I am in Gauteng and the dates and the vehicle captured not mine. No one is willing to assist I have to remove this on my name Now I have to resort to this can someone call me back 0630442756 it's urgent
I am so mad their service in one month they debit me 3times after I specifically told them they can debit on the 27th on February they come bk and do another debit and all those amounts are different. Am so disappointed will take my business somewhere else
I have always been assisted and get value for my money...I think I will continue with the service plan once this one close...
Muhammad assistant me on the call i did was a bit worried about the plan not showing on my liquid app however he gave me sufficient information great first call resolution
I don't know why I should wait for 2 days to get their service canceled.. network is too slow doesn't connect it runs so slow so when you ask to terminate the services they also slow can't get hold of any consultant when you call the number I've been trying countless times to cancel the services I even told them that I'm going to write a hello peter complaint if they don't get back to me on time because this is urgent I'm not getting the best service out of their product
I am so disappointed with standard bank received an SMS right now advising of an active accounts which I requested account closure on in January last year I was not aware this account was still open.today when I received an SMS saying that I must update my figure documents I must bring my ID and proof of address for fica purposes and now they telling me I'm supposed to pay that service fee that has accumulated for over a year in the account accounts that I requested closure for,but only a fixed deposit was closed now I am in distressed I'm unemployed I won't be able to pay that and they telling me that I should pay it. why am I eligible to pay for something that I requested account closure for I am really really disappointed I loved this bank but now the way they do things it's not fair...I've been to a branche and also called the call center no one can assist me simply because there was no account closure stated for the other accounts , only for a fixed deposit while I said for all my accounts I need them close
I am so angry with this bank firstly the consultants where rude..I enquired in a credit card did not even finish the call I told her to cancel the application. Now tell me why I am getting a statement of an account I never consent too. No one is willing to give me the paper work where I signed for this account..I want it closed immediately
I am happy with the consultant patience and how they explained the policy I took. Even when I have questions they always ready to answer and they do it with grace
