No Spare key
Weelee Centurion made it easy for me to purchase a car,The salesperson was friendly and he was communicating very well and am happy with the car.However,I was not happy that I had to ask for a spare key after sales and I was told that its not there. I sent an email and I got no response. I refuse to be the one who is responsible for making a spare key on a car that is specified as Platinum and the monthly premium is also high.Kindly intervene

Game Not keeping promises
I have placed an order on the 23rd of January and I was expecting this to be delivered on the 28th,however I haven't received my order to date. I called Game and they promised to escalate this matter to their complaints department last week Wednesday and they haven't got back to me yet. When I contacted Bonnita from Value logistics on Friday, she promised that the order will be delivered on Saturday the 7th but still. This is very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend Game Online in partnership with Value Logistics

Value logistics keeping my order for too long
I have placed an order from Game 2 weeks ago and it has been with Value logistics for more than a week. I have always had a bad experience with this courier company. I wish Game can stop using Value logistics.. Am so dissapointed

Makro and its courier partners
I am very disappointed with Makro as they don't do follow ups with their courier partners once the parcel is out for delivery, I have been waiting for my parcel for over 3 weeks now. Am not even sure if I will shop with them ever again

I placed an order on...
I placed an order on Makro on the 26th of February and the parcel was picked on the 27th of February by Value Express and since then I never got any communication whatsoever until I tried to reach out to them and they confirmed that they have seen this parcel for too long but its not being delivered.. They promised to deliver this parcel from 5 days back and I haven't received it yet
