Value logistics keeping my order for too long
I have placed an order from Game 2 weeks ago and it has been with Value logistics for more than a week. I have always had a bad experience with this courier company. I wish Game can stop using Value logistics.. Am so dissapointed0 replies

Makro and its courier partners
I am very disappointed with Makro as they don't do follow ups with their courier partners once the parcel is out for delivery, I have been waiting for my parcel for over 3 weeks now. Am not even sure if I will shop with them ever again3 replies

I placed an order on Makro on the 26th of February and the parcel was picked on the 27th of February by Value Express and since then I never got any communication whatsoever until I tried to reach out to them and they confirmed that they have seen this parcel for too long but its not being delivered.. They promised to deliver this parcel from 5 days back and I haven't received it yet0 replies
