I use this site constantly. Excellent service and customer support. The reason I took away two stars is if a product is shipped from the US we get charged more than double in our Amazon SA Store and it takes longer than me ordering directly from Amazon.com. I ordered Tuffin wraps direct from Amazon.com. Shipped by feb 24 at a price of R591. Ordered off the SA store the price is R1204 and shipped between 5-10 March. I find this is the case with any product which is not in stock in SA.

I get up to 12 calls a day of spam from Dstv. Told them to stop calling or I would cancel my subscription. Been customer for 15 years. Still continued and as result you have lost another customer

Not sure what is happening with Takealot recently. You have all types of sellers advertising products which are not those actual products. Quality checks really need to be implemented. Have tried with friends from 4 different sellers to buy an ecomlight and despite it being advertised have received a cheap *******. This wasn’t the case a year or two back
Great furniture and range. Have spent a fortune with this company. Let down by rude staff who don’t know what products they keep and couldn’t be less helpful. Asked about two products at the greenstone branch and were told they don’t make them only to find them on the website. Return policy is an absolute joke. 1 trip to the shop where I bought the article, 5 phone calls and 3 emails just so I could return the product to the warehouse
Get at least 3 calls a day from Vodacom to upgrade. Absolutely ridiculous as have told each one to stop calling me.
Amazing service. Ordered a lamp from the kramerville store on Friday just before closing. Was delivered at 9am Monday morning from Cape Town. Helpful and pleasant staff
Opened a new credit card for savings. Phoned the bank and was told I had to go to a branch to change the card tenant to primary. Get to the branch only to be told it needs to be done by phone. They activated the card and found it was the primary and just needed to be activated. I then create an online profile and need to validate that at the atm. Once done I can’t add my cellphone app because my phone is not validated. Call the call center and told to make a payment of over R300 to another bank account and wait 7 days for my phone to verify. Are u kidding !!!!!!!!!!!
