The money that you have been taking must be credited back into my account and a statement must be sent to me
The worst service I have received from Leroy Sibande on the 2nd of August 2025, he gave me an incorrect advice, he misleaded me, Till today am still waiting for the recording and refund from vodacom. The manger Fiona Ndlovu who has been promising me lies to call me till today, am tell waiting for her to return my calls, everyone in the retention centre keeps on lying that she will call me back. I need my refund ASAP
I requested my contract to be canceled on the 28 of May 2025, now my SIM card has been ricabed, for what reason, I don’t know, when I call MTN I can’t get assistance, am being transferred from different departments, when I go to the store no one helps me, am told to call the customer service, coz on the system my number is ricabed!!! With which number? while my number is being ricabed, My contact has not being canceled when I request a cancellation on the 28 of May n I have a reference no. I advised to keep my number on prepaid not for my number to be ricabed The service I got from MTN is disgusting, am inconvenienced, I can’t use my number And non of the consultants seems to help me.
My sim card was blocked due to non payment, went and paid in store last week Thursday and Friday, the I called the contact centre 135 and the advised me that they will unblock my phone this Friday and I asked them to cancel my month to month contact with effective 30 May 2025 Today when I try to use me number, am getting a message that I should Rica my sim at the nearest MTN store. I need my SIM card to be unlocked, it belongs to me not MTN N what is the reason for me to go to the nearest store n Rica the SIM card that belongs to me from 2005

Bad, bad experience I have requested Cartrack to cancel my policy from last year June till today they are still billing/ sending me invoices I told them I nolonger want this policy due to financial reasons but they don’t want to cancel my policy with them, I’m being forced to have a policy outside of my will. I can’t afford this anymore. I have sent them emails and am not getting a response when I call am being told that there’s nothing they can do for me
I called from the 12 of May requesting for my overdraft account to be canceled, on Wednesday when I called this other lady **** to me and said that I should check on Thursday my account will be closed, on Thursday morning when I checked my account was still active, then I called again I was transferred from different departments I received a bad experience and treatment till today am overdraft account is still active Close my account, I won’t pay the bank fees at the end of the month while it’s on Zero and I have been requesting fnb to close my account.
I have called last week and requested a consultant to request a debit order mandate for me to accept it The mandate hasn’t been requested
Good day I’m not happy with the service, I called budget insurance on Monday n advised the sales consultant for my debit order to be on the 28th of every month but she decided to make it the 27th of every month while I emphasised with her that my debit order should be on the 28th of each month. My debit order should be changed to the 28th urgently
