I had one of the worst experiences at Zone Fitness Bayside Mall. The moment you sign the contract, the customer service completely disappears. Before joining, everything sounds professional and welcoming, but afterwards it becomes clear that members are no longer a priority. The staff seem completely untrained and unable to assist with even basic queries. Every time I asked for help or clarification, I was met with confusion, poor attitudes, or no assistance at all. The manager was especially rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect when concerns were raised. What shocked me most was the behavior from some of the trainers. Being shouted at before even properly entering the gym over matters that had nothing to do with them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A gym should be an encouraging environment, not one where members feel uncomfortable or attacked. The reception staff were equally disappointing. Queries were handled with attitude, little effort, and zero professionalism. Instead of trying to resolve issues, it felt like they simply wanted to get rid of members as quickly as possible. Overall, this has been a disgraceful experience from start to finish. I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before signing up here. There are far better gyms out there that actually value and respect their members.
Terrible delivered over R80000 to the wrong adress now the cant find it and it becomes the customers problem
⚠️ Public Complaint – Booking.com Failing Their Customers I want to raise a serious concern about how Booking.com handles customer complaints, because my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked accommodation through Booking.com expecting that if anything went wrong, the platform would support its customers. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. During my stay, several major issues occurred, including services that were advertised and paid for but never provided. Because of this, I was forced to spend over R500 out of my own pocket on food. I reported the issue to Booking.com expecting them to properly investigate and assist. Instead, the response I received was an offer of only R129 credit for the entire booking, which does not even cover the cost of breakfast for one person. I clearly explained why this was unacceptable and requested that the case be reviewed properly. Since then, Booking.com has stopped responding entirely. This is extremely concerning. When customers book through a large platform like Booking.com, there is an expectation that they will stand behind their listings and protect customers when things go wrong. In this case, it feels like the responsibility has simply been ignored. Offering minimal compensation and then not responding to further communication is not how customer service should work. I hope Booking.com reviews how they handle complaints because situations like this damage trust in the platform. Customers deserve fair treatment and proper support when a booking does not meet what was promised.

Disappointing Experience with Naked Insurance I've always trusted Naked Insurance, but unfortunately, my recent experience with them has left a sour taste. After being involved in a hit-and-run accident, our vehicle was taken in for repairs. However, when we collected it, we noticed a strange sound. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the radiator had not been properly attached after the repairs. Naked Insurance was informed, and they resubmitted a claim. Unfortunately, they attempted to claim unnecessary items, which seemed like a deliberate attempt to decline the claim. This is unacceptable, especially considering they made the mistake in the first place. I'm extremely disappointed in the way Naked Insurance handled our claim. As a consumer, it's essential to be cautious when dealing with insurance companies. I would advise others to be wary of Naked Insurance's practices and to carefully review their policies and claims processes. Rating: 1/5 stars Would I recommend Naked Insurance? Unfortunately, no.
