Ordered breast pump inserts on Friday to be delivered the next day in Sandown, Parklands. The next day, they send the delivery person to Milnerton! He then says he cannot come to my location as it is more than 5km away. Sunday morning I get a notification that my package is out for delivery. Tell me why on earth they sent the person to Durbanville???? Now I have to wait until Tuesday because Monday is a public holiday! Absolutely terrible customer service! What will my child eat??? Never ordering from Amazon ever again!
I cannot explain to anyone how much I despise this medical aid. Their self service channels do not work. I spoke to the most rude consultant, Siphesihle, and she basically blamed me for using the self-service channels (the app and WhatsApp) to log a claim, which was apparently never received. The worst medical aid ever
I explicitly told the lady who called me that I am not interested in their services, yet I got an SMS saying that I gave consent for them to access my credit report! I never gave her access
The pots came broken, and they couldn’t even offer overnight delivery for the replacements. Told me that the cost would be on me. Don’t buy their cookware. It’s so expensive but the quality is terrible.
I was there over the long weekend. Everything was going well until my friend and I went out for the day, and when we got back, our food had been eaten. I’m assuming it was the cleaning staff but this really upset me. At this point I don’t know if that’s the only thing they stole. Absolutely unprofessional
I can’t begin to tell you how horrible their service is. They are absolutely useless. An item is shipped through them and no one communicates anything about outstanding information. On top of that, it’s information they should be requesting themselves. Absolutely ***********
Honestly they’re really horrible to deal with. I always make online purchases, but this one time I have to be verified multiple times. On top of that, they’re asking me questions that have nothing to do with the actual account. Horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. You can never reach them. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes waiting to be transferred. I regret investing with them. On top of that, they charge you ********** fees if you choose to take your investment elsewhere. don’t do it! They will also try to ***** money and hope you don’t notice. *******!
Horrible service. It’s been almost 6 months of them having my phone. All of a sudden the phone was “******” on the way back. I have yet to receive my money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES PLEASE! They are ****mers!
Horrible experience! From February it’s radio silence. I finally asked them to return the phone in July, and was told that it has been dispatched. It’s been more than a month now! I have not received my brand new phone and the listing was removed a while ago. I will sue everyone and their cats for this horrible service
