So on the 12th of April I made an immediate payment of R2304.50 to my Bidvest bank account through Spot funds from my Capitec main account, the funds never cleared till to this day. It was only yesterday that Bidvest acknowledged the receipt from Capitec Bank, I am the account holder, I need a clarification, I'm so unhappy here.. Bidvest can never be trusted.
So it's been 10 days and counting now. So on the 12th of April I made an immediate payment to my Bidvest Account, it didn't clear whatsoever till to this day the amount is R2304.50... so I went to Capitec yesterday at a branch after numerous calls made without any assistance. So I would really like to understand , how come a missing payment is not found and my bidvest account shows nothing.
So African bank never cease to amaze me, honestly if people don't open their eyes, African bank will one day disappear. Heres another tragedy now, so my cousin has an investment account at African Bank, it's matured up to 40K, now she wants to cashout, first a lot of stories that she has to submit wara wara... For real, now when she does a withdrawal on her app on the 26th of March, she then receives a notification that African Bank will payout of the 1st of April, on that fool's day. I'm telling you now the money still hasn't got to her account, can you imagine. So she calls this morning, they say they will come back to her and give her a feedback as to why there's a delay. It's Passover, she needs to go home but no African bank just decides for her.
So African bank, will hold your funds and when you want them, they give you a run around. R26500.00 of mine for a refund, hasn't been processed since the 11th of March, I've been calling endlessly for the past week, till to date nothing has been done. Yesterday they said they will call me within 2 hours. Till this time I've been waiting. What a nonsense of a bank and I will make sure I get my money.
I need a refund from Uber eats, 3 payments had went on the 12th of March, till to date my money is gone, the disputed those payments I even changed my card, but UberEATS is t helping at all. They told me a name that had a profile name of ZINTLE
Breakers hasn't refunded me, it's been 3 weeks now, so I've given then a zero rating... I'm not happy with their services and their responses are not up to par
So basically im here to complain, I wasn't happy at all with what I thought I was sold to. So on the 11th of December 2025 I made a booking through bookings.com which Ied me to Breakers Resort Hotel. So from what I saw on the pics and compared to what I saw when I checked the property, it was a complete opposite, so I cancelled , as of that day no response from the property and that's appalling from my side. So I paid R2304.00 for that nighy but never slept there because of the property, I was dissatisfied bigtime. So now I need my money back and my booking number : 6160857361.
On Sunday the 8th of December a hit a ride from the shops to home just a mere R68.00 trip.. Didn't notice that I accidently left my card holder in the car. On Monday I lodge a complaint, as you know Uber would make an attempt to help but little did you know, it's been 48 hours now trying to get hold of the driver, trying countless times to get assistance from Uber help. Now this morning they've been trying to get the driver to call me or get in touch with me but still nothing... Now my question is what's so hard to call the driver explain the situation or maybe I should get info of the car then head straight to the cars address because that I can do. I'm seeking your assistance Hellopeter
Well, I don't even know where to begin but I'm just emotionally drained, endless calls, endless emails, now I'm on their IG account, now Hello Peter is my last resort. It's over a month now asking for my refund but all I get is lies, just now about 20mins ago, they only asking me for my details, do I literally have to go this route to get their attention? Appalling administration, I must say
