It has been more than we week still no refund. I did provide my bank statement and a proof of the money taken on my bank without consent. If I am not present and you take money from my bank without me knowing, this is declared *****. I keep getting messages for Maishadi.. One mess after another. Please refund my money, today. If not I will open a ***** case.

On 5 April a transaction was taken from - Temu of R 418 this was not authorized. I did get issued a new card but my money has not been credited back to my bank. So I cannot stop my card again. Please do so immediately. I cannot submit it on the app as I have a new card and if i press on the transaction it says not available. BUT IT IS OFF FROM MY BANK AND UNAUTHORIZED.
THIS SERVICE IS DOWNRIGHT CRAB. I have been waiting from Saturday for a delivery, the 9th out for delivery. Today is the 12/5/2026 still nothing. Phoned numerous times, mostly it is saying everyone is busy on the line. Yesterday a lady answered and said it would be delivered. This is not the first time. We constantly wait DAYS for deliveries!!!.
Please explain this. A transaction taken from my bank on 30/4/2026 which was actually swiped for on 28/3/2026. You took the last money out of my bank, money that was there for petrol. WHY did you take it 1 month later. HOW FAIR IS THIS!! HOW LEGITATE ARE YOU. I reviewed transaction history and confirmed that the transaction was a card-and-PIN purchase made at a point-of-sale device on 28/03/2026 at 09:05:42. The merchant did not submit the authorisation in time, which resulted in the authorisation expiring. However, the merchant later debited the amount successfully on 30/04/2026. This is not right.. IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. R340 later..
I have been with FNB for 5 months. But I have alot of difficulties and online inconact does not help. I had to block my card due toe ***** on the card. Then a new card was issued in that time of my card being blocked. This caused that all monies that had to be refunded to me was not refunded. I dont know what happened to the funds, but I did not get it. Incontact simply says its not a problem because the account number did not change. But WHERE IS THE MONEY THEN.. this has never happened previous months I get all the refunds. NOW ITS GONE. There is also a ***** transaction on 30/4/2026 which was now reported by myself more than once Amount R 418 from TEMU. Still waiting for the transaction to be credited back to my bank..WAKE UP FNB!!!
