Delay in payment.

Delay in the payment of my provident fund, which has now exceeded the stipulated 30-day processing period.According to the information provided, payment was expected to be completed within 30 days. However, as of today, I have not received any funds, nor have I been given a clear explanation for the delay. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and financial strain. I kindly request an urgent update on the status of my payment, including the reason for the delay and a confirmed date of payment!

Account still showing as Active with a Balance. when I had settled the account in August on the 8th - 2025. Why is the account not updated with The Credit Bureaus?! cause this is affecting my credit score

POOR SERVICE AT MR PRICE GROUP

the level of service at Mr price is very disappointing I have been going back and forth no one is assisting the person who I'm told to contact (Bradley) is not even replying to my emails. I have been complaining since the 14th of may no one is assisting.

Very poor service with accounts department at ACS

I have been going back and forth with ACS, vvm and mrp on a paid up letter. getting the same response since the 14th of May 2025. That they have escalated my request for a paid up letter and that they will send it. but til today nothing. my credit score is is negatively affected by an account that I have already settled.

No hot water in showers

The lack of hot water at the Gym Company in Pinetown is not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. The gym has consistently failed to provide adequate hot water, forcing members to shower in uncomfortably cold conditions after their workouts. Mind you, taking a cold shower after a workout may appear extreme to some, but it should not be forced on anyone, especially if they are paying for the service. Kindly get this sorted out!!!
