No after service, you buy at your own risk
Bought hoops earrings, the space were the earring clips is too small, it makes it so hard & painful to wear it, I’ve emailed them about the issue or maybe an advice on what to do on a matter like this but no respond

Bad service

Angry & regrets on purchasing
Worst online store service ever, no communication at all(call,email or message) i try calling numerous times for my order no help🤬 and that doesn't bother them, an expensive store yet very very bad customer service.

Problem solved quickly
Bought a bag 1 handle broke after a second use, logged a complain and handle was replaced within a week, disappointed on how expensive the bag was yet the knob of the handles looks & feels very cheap, For now I'm just happy the problem was solved.
