I contacted MIOSA last year 2025 March about the VW polo that I bought from Avis. They never gave feedback and they didnt manage to resolve my query. And everytime when i send an email they just read and do not respond. I am worried that the supplier should have bribed them to remain silent. It is now 1 year and 3 months now with no feedback at all.
I got the best help ever, my car got stugged and they assisted me, but their batteries are very expensive.
Shenique Seafield, the best consultant. I will rate her 10/10. Thank you so much
I finally paid my R8000 on 1 November 2024 to remove my debt, now they just went silent, I send messages and emails, they don't respond at all. I need my money back, I found another company that can help me remove my debt review. Can you please refund my R8k because you failed to help me? It is now 7 months and there is no communication at all.
Theresa Koranicki helped us so well, very patient and so good in handling customers. It was our first time using them and we will continue to use them
I was called by this company where they claim that they are employed by Government and they will help the consumers to get out of debt by reducing their duration time of payments by paying for me a portion and interest of my debt, their rep told me they are employed by government and is a legal process to reduce everyone,s debts, he kept on asking my details for them to check up and tell me how much i can save, i gave him the details and he came back and told me i could save R12k from my debts. i asked him to send me full description and when he sent it he said i must open and sign then i will be able to see all the details and quotation, all of a sudden i saw stop order request on my account and i denied and rejected it, when i ask them they said they have already put me on Debt review and i cant make any other debts. i never agreed to their payments, i am fully responsible for my payments and they have never deducted any cent from my bank account.. I told them that I want to cancel everything with them, they threatened me by saying I am bound by my contract with them which to me shows that they know very well what they where doing from the first time, pushing me to the corner, first by presenting something that they know a person who is in my position will love to hear, i have requested the 17.2 and 17.w form to cancel but they never bothered until in Jan this year when they sent me a 17.w form, but i am still on the debt review. I found out that I am not the only one who fall for this trap, there is many of us and even my friends I want them to take my name out of the debt review because i can smoothly pay my debts in order.
