I just logged into my banking app I found out that my profile is disabled by that time I just sent R15300 into it worse part is that they didn't even notify me that my profile is disabled

I am writing this because capitec blocked my account whereas my account doesn't have any ***** scandals that money is not being sent to Aliboy it is going to my African Bank account Please remove the hold from my account before the end of the day You called me I explained everything but now you put my account on hold why ? Please get everything done before the end of today

Failing to unblock my account after I submitted everything they needed Back in 2023 December I sent money from my capitec account to my FNB account then FNB put my account ON HOLD when I do a follow up they said , they were advised by capitec to do so then I resolved my issue with capitec my capitec account gets unblocked but FNB didn't unblocked me up until today the worst part I provided them with everything they needed but they didn't UNHOLD my account Kindly contact me on *** Mr Mulaudzi A

On hold funds

Hi my name is Mulaudzi Alex of ID no. *** contact: *** So on the 23 of December 2023 FNB blocked my account and when I do follow up they told me they were advised by capitec to put my account on hold , but they don't want to give me the incident number because when capitec give them permission to hold my account they must provide them with the incident number but now FNB don't want to give me because if I get the incident number I will be able to go to capitec to do a follow up please FNB provide me the incident number from capitec

Blocked account and funds onhold

Capitec can you please advise fnb to release my funds and you also unblock my account because it is giving me tough time, I even got suspended from school because couldn't pay my fees due to the blocked account which has my funds in it can you please help me ASAP I need the money, I also need to use my account

Capitec don't want to unblock my account and they don't want to open my fixed account which will lead me not to be having money to pay the school fees, in that case I might get suspended They also told FNB to put my account on hold even today they have never advised FNB to release my funds if ever you are willing to be capitec client think twice before you take a decision or else you might regret just like me Please capitec release my funds and also advise fnb to release my funds *** call me on this number

Over charged contract

I signed a contract with them they charged me extra I was supposed to pay R250 P/M then I ended up being charged R358 P/M so I told them to terminate contract but they didn't now I did pay any cent they keep on calling me please everyone never trust this companies through ads they just want money don't ever sign a contract with them you will regret

Onhold funds

I am Mulaudzi A of ID *** so on the 23rd December 2023 I sent money from my capitec account to my fnb account then I received email from fnb saying my funds are on hold I only had to find out that capitec adviced fnb to put my funds on hold so now fnb wants confirmation from capitec so that they can release my funds
