I am not happy with the service from Germs medical insurance, I have been diagnosed with a chronic condition the immediate attention and it's affecting me mental and physicaly. I have ordered through the ASAP app, the items were 1 hour late and 3 of the items was in good condition. The ****** was dry,the avocado were spoiled and the milk tart tasted sour.A 1 item was missing.
On the 19th December I was using my thyme back account for my shopping the card kept on dicling several times and the was no going through but from the bank side the has been deducted I've calling the bank for reversal but the is no assistance.

And i went to check today (09/07/2025) since the is no communication to date. To my knowledge this is not suppose to take this long. And still I have not received my smart ID card, because it is stacked somewhere because of photo issues. I don't understand why and how must I know without any communication. It's my right to get a respectful service as a tax paying citizen
