Website and app response times are horrific

Between your website and your app the response is pathetic. I have high speed fibre and it takes over 3 minutes for you website to load the specials page. Maybe take some of the profit from your very overpriced goods and upgrade your memory on your servers

Dudu is a superstar

During my visit to the Westwood Superspar, I accidently lost R100. I called in when I get home to ask if anyone had found it and they hadnt. During the afternoon the supervisor phoned me and asked if I had called in and told me that Dudu from the butchery had found my R100 and handed it in. R100 is not a lot of money, but the honesty and integrity of Dudu to not keep the money is exemplary. Well done Dudu and thank you very very much

Sasol rewards support terrible

Sasol rewards programme is operated by a bunch of the most *********** staff. I have called in 5 times to the rewards helpdesk, because the card issued was linked to another person's profile. They advised me to go and get a new card, and this is where the problem escalates. They cannot link my new card to my profile (who knows why) and I have lost my monetary reward that i had in my original card. The staff work in an office that has people shouting loudly so that you can't hear the call centre staff and they cannot hear you. I have spent over 110 minutes of my airtime trying to get this issue resolved but it seems that your ***********'s are not able to do that. The quality of the office surrounding sounds contributes to this as well.

Fastway should be Slowway or No Way couriers

What a pathetic company this is - a parcel was sent to me from Johannesburg, it is with the Depot in Kempton park since last week Wednesday - I am literally 7kms from the depot. Thursday eish we have a problem, Friday, eish we have another problem, this morning, eish we have a problem . This is the most inept bunch of people apparently working for supposedly a courier company that cannot deliver a parcel 7kms away

Over 25 minutes waiting for a call to be answered.

Can you make a client hold on for assistance for over 20 minutes, i have the time on my phone so I am not making this up . They have no chat service on their website and dont reply to emails - Terrible service

Disgusting state

We had to visit the Ampath Laboratory last Saturday - the state of the floors and general cleanliness was disgusting. Spilt food on the floor, marks all over. It is obvious that this office had not been cleaned for days. When I asked the staff, they informed me that the cleaning staff are contracted to the Glynwood;. I took photos of the floor becuase it was so bad.

Terrible service

I have had 2 personal loans with Timebank - but they have now double debited me for December. Despite sending several emails and my bank statement, and trying to call, there has been absolutely no response or assistance.

The worst service ever

I have never experienced such bad service since I have been using lime24. For many years and It is sad to note the bad service .The communication level terrible. Lime24 use to always be on the ball...sadly they have dropped the ball since century financial services now run everything please understand this is not targeted towards anyone in specific it's the general service leve. I app**** for a loan on the 25th and still waiting for approval. Thy don't have the decency to reply and now my email has been blocked.
