Worst company ever, I took a 24 month contract I finished paying it in 2023. This year 2025 I am told I am black listed cause I owe vodacom I called them they confirmed contract ended however sim card was under contract and charged R80 pm for the past 2 years my problem is that those benefits they are saying the Sim has been receiving I never got them. Because I've been using the sim card I paid them and asked for an itemized billing that shows that I've been recieved and using their services till today no one has sent me that billing basically I've paid for something I never received. I went to Khaabo Tombstones in Orlando West last week Wednesday 15th Jan, i paid for 2 headstones. Today the 24th of Jan the stones were installed in Heidelberg Ekuthuleni Cemetary successfully without any hussles. I am so happy about the service at Khaabo, Ausi Tumi and Mbali were so patient and helpful. Today when the team arrived "Bumba" and friends I never felt so at home. Thank you Khaabo, i am very happy with your service, keep up the good guy
I have a home loan with Standard Bank. I have a debit order with them which goes off on the same date monthly, in December 2024 SB decided not to debit part of the amount which i had arranged with them. NOW IN JANUARY they have been calling me non-stop. I asked the consultant why was the amount not debitted she says she doesnt know because even the date was never changed. NOW ITS MY PROBLEM. Mind you this month January 2025 was suppossed to be the last month i am paying this Arrangement. Basically they are adding interest in my account on Purpose.
Where do i even start. Ive been using cartrack since 2023, ive recently bought a new car in December 2024 and requested that my tracker be moved from my old car to my new vehicle a fee of R870 was charged and a technician came to remove the tracker. I called in and inform the consultant that i have purchased a vehicle can i get a technician to come reinstall the tracker, till today the is no one who has came, mind you i was charged and paid the monthly premium in December plus the removal fee. I am so fustrated, the 1st consultant insured me that a technician has been allocated i got an sms , confirmed my location and no one came. Guess what this has happened 3 times in December. Until another consultant told me that the only slot they have is in 2025 imagine i was guarding my own car throughout the festive season. What a dissapointment. The technician is suppossed to come tomorrow the 6th of Jan and i have not recieved any sms concerning this, I definetly know that this will drag and i will pay again this month for a device sitting in their offices .....
If there was a -0 star i would choose it. ****mers ordered tables and chairs and never recieved it since 2023 till to date 2024 😭 i paid a deposit (the regret in me). They took down their reviews on Google maps where many had complained.
