Disappointing service
We had a very disappointing experience with Khaabo Tombstones, which there are not willing to resolve. We bought two tombstones and where long done paid for, when they were supposed to install, they flatly refused reasoning that the needed about six weeks prior to installation. Now we are asking for a refund and we told that we have to wait for a month. Basically we sent from pillar to post. their employee at Diepkloof square is not taking accountability for anything.

Shocking and poor service
I was so disappointed I bought tombstone for my grand mothers funeral which was on the 16 August 2025 from Khaabos branch in koma road and I have an issue since then my tombstone letters are shaded and I spoke to the consultant since the 18 August 2025 even today nothing was rectified as promised.

Worst Service received from Khaabo Tombstones- Orlando
I had the WORST experience with this company. I regret ever working with them. We just laid my grandmother to rest recently and we are still in mourning. Khaabo tombstones did a mistake by placing the tombstones in a wrong direction. When they were supposed to fix them, they kept on postponing until the tombstones fell apart and broke down. I have asked them time and time again to please fix the tombstones, but they took time to respond. I am now sitting with broken tombstones with no solution........................NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND!!! Never work with Philip, he is very rude and disrespectful

BUMBA and Friends, Ausi Tumi and Sis Mbali
I went to Khaabo Tombstones in Orlando West last week Wednesday 15th Jan, i paid for 2 headstones. Today the 24th of Jan the stones were installed in Heidelberg Ekuthuleni Cemetary successfully without any hussles. I am so happy about the service at Khaabo, Ausi Tumi and Mbali were so patient and helpful. Today when the team arrived "Bumba" and friends I never felt so at home. Thank you Khaabo, i am very happy with your service, keep up the good guy

BAD SERVICE - REFUND REQUEST NOT DONE
I regret to say that my experience with Khaabo Tombstones has been nothing short of disappointing. I initially engaged their services with the expectation of professionalism and care, but they have failed me on multiple levels. Despite numerous requests and three separate trips to their offices, my refund request has not been resolved. Each time, I was given empty promises that the matter would be handled, yet no action was taken. The lack of communication from their side is appalling—I was assured that someone would contact me, but no one ever did. To make matters worse, when they finally attempted to process my refund, they did so without proper diligence or care, resulting in further delays. Simple checks and balances that should be routine in handling financial matters were clearly ignored. This entire ordeal has caused me significant frustration. After over a month of waiting, all I want now is to receive the refund I am owed—R3572.53. I have made every effort to resolve this amicably, but Khaabo Tombstones has shown no interest in honoring their promises or treating me as a valued customer. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their services. Customer care and accountability should be at the core of any business, and unfortunately, Khaabo Tombstones has failed in both regards.

unfair deal
I bot 10 tombstones for R40k @ Khabo tombstones. I had hiccups to install until I was finally ready in 2020. Now that I wana install them they want 15k extra from me. They telling me stories from hell. I will never encourage anyone to buy there.
