Morning my name is Lazarus chauke, i'm writing on behalf of my sister Merriam letta chauke, who joined this funeral parlor in 2017 which she never skipped a single payment until we lost our mother and Uncle same week, fortunately within the family some of us we insured them in our policies, we agreed to us mine to burry our mother, my sister went to claim to her funeral parlor and submitted our mother's death certificate cause she passed away on the 14th of September 2025, according to their policy when they dont burry they pay an amount of R2000.00 for the deceased. unfortunately the money is not paid until today, there's an old lady whose name is Magdeline ramokone her contact is *** she's responsible for payments. we've been calling her ever since, she keeps on telling us the money will be paid today, the next day the same thing, she's requested the documents for the second member of the family who also died so that she could enjoy playing games with us..we tried calling her with different numbers cause after receiving your calls and lying she stop picking up your calls. Hello Peter My name is lazarus Chauke, my contact details are as follows: *** ***, I had load account of R3000 in 2017 which I opened at Shoprite, I managed to pay R1000 then things didn't go well at work, and fails to continue settling the loan, in 2021 the loan account was prescribed cause there was no communications between us cause I was battling to repay the loan. Now its over 6years but the loan account is active again, but it was prescribed. how do I deal with such situation? Please help me find out how was reopened again after been prescribed. If it's how things work I should know. Your help will be greatly appreciated

Hello Peter My name is lazarus Chauke, contact details: *** ***, I had clothing account with Dunns SA which I opened it in 2016, I was given a credit to take clothings, unfortunately things didn't go well cause I stopped paying the account due to the loss of job and over debted, until 2021 when the account was prescribed. this year again the accounts is now been reopened and active. Its now under new name capital management. I really need help on this one, if is how things work in South Africa then it's I guess I don't know where I'm gonna get help, cause the account was prescribed. Your help will be greatly appreciated

They collect debt for various companies, I was owing Vodacom Pty Ltd R840 now I paid up the debt and asked for a paid up letters, as a proof that I'm no longer owing vodacom, instead they keep me waiting everytime when I chat with them or contact them

I had a contract phone with them, for almost 2 years and decided to cancel the contract last year October 2023 and they charged me cancellation fee, and changed my number to prepaid

I had a contract phone with them, for almost 2 years and decided to cancel the contract last year October 2023 and they charged me cancellation fee, and changed my number to prepaid. Now I have discovered that my name was listed into bad payers, now my credit score is down because of them, when we still had contract they used to send me a statement through email that shows the balance, now I just saw the balance when I check my score, they haven't even bother to contact me or send an email to say you owe us. I'm very disappointed
