Absolutely shocking service. The phone just rings and then cuts off constantly. For a company that deals with emergencies — especially when someone’s car is ****** or in a critical situation — this is completely unacceptable. Even trying to cancel a service is impossible because no one answers the calls. I’ve had to resort to sending an email just to get assistance.
RS COMPONENTS Are Dishonest & Unprofessional – Buyers, Be Very Wary Before Placing Orders With This Company. We placed a large-volume order (Order #3012683289) on 4 August. The system confirmed 52 units in stock with delivery due 20 August. We followed up daily, and the system showed the full delivery of 52 units was actually ahead of schedule and had been dispatched on 11 August (see attached confirmation from RS Components system). Just before 17h00 on 12 August — the day before dispatch, after informing our customer the goods would arrive shortly — we received a call from Ntombi Mgcina informing us there was insufficient stock. This sudden reversal, after confirmation and payment, has caused significant disruption and is unacceptable business conduct.
Ticket #867256 We have been struggling for over a week to get connected, we paid a fee of R999 upfront( beware of this)and have been moved from pillow to post for the last week week,speaking to over 20 different people without satisfaction.I would really like to advise people to stay away from this ISP provider they are absolutely terrible most probably the worst of the lot!!!
I have been with cell C fibre to ge home for 3 years, in the last while the speed or lack therof( we are paying for a 20mbps line ans it barely reaches 5mbps, it is also intermittently off and on during the course of the day and particularly bad at night. We have complained on numerous occasions over the last two to three weeks received ticket numbers etc but have received no feedback, we will have no choice but to leave and go to a proper ISP provider, one where you actually pay for a service you get.
My company placed an order with Pg glass on 25-10-2019. We dealt with Dunisane at the PGG JHB EAST BUILDING GLASS BRANCH, it took him 4 attempts to send a pro forma. Through for payment over 5 days eventually it came through and we paid immediately on 25-10-2019, he said the eta would be 10-12 days but he would try speak to the factory, we never heard from him thereafter we continued to phone him daily on most occasions waiting between 20-30 min to be attended to, last week after 13 days we confirmed with Dumisane on Thursday & Friday that we could pick up our delivery on Tuesday’ the 12tn November this we conveyed to our customer, this afternoon we where put through to Vasco who is meant to be the acting manager, he is rude and off hand and said he cannot give an ETA now but sometime next week, that will make it over 3 weeks we have waited for this glass and there is no guarantee we will get it next week after all the empty promises. We have confirmed with our customer each time we get these empty promises from Pg glass and our customer is very upset with us due to the incompetence and lack of customer service of Pg glass. A warning to the public please don’t deal with pg glass unless you want heartache and stress, I have been in business for over 27 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Good day Dayne, It is with regret that I write this email to you as we have previously had excellent food from turn n tender going back over two decades but on Saturday 30-09-2017 my family went to your Bedfordview branch when we normally frequent the Illovo branch, we ordered steaks and salads and my two kids both landed up with a running stomachs and bringing up that night. Unfortunately in your industry the old cliche’ prevails “ you are only as good as your last meal “ suffice to say we will never go back again. Kind regards Marc Behr
