Hello, I reported to BetXchange that my phone was ******, and as a result my account details were changed. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account even though I still have funds inside. I was asked to provide a selfie while holding my ID to verify my identity, which I did immediately. After submitting everything that was requested, I was told that my account is now under review.I completely understand the need for security and verification, but I am really worried and stressed because the money in that account is very important to me. I urgently need to withdraw those funds to pay my school fees, and this situation is putting me under a lot of pressure.I kindly and sincerely ask for your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible so that I can access my account and withdraw my funds. Betway locked my account for no reason it's been 3 weeks now since my account has been blocked and inside I have More than R13 000 I made withdrawal of R3888 then immediately my account was locked I tried to call them several times but they telling me to wait and it's been 3 weeks now without any feedback betway is treating me bad I want to use my money I want my account back ASAP what they are doing to me is not fair so please bring back my account
