Hello, I reported to BetXchange that my phone was ******, and as a result my account details were changed. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account even though I still have funds inside. I was asked to provide a selfie while holding my ID to verify my identity, which I did immediately. After submitting everything that was requested, I was told that my account is now under review.I completely understand the need for security and verification, but I am really worried and stressed because the money in that account is very important to me. I urgently need to withdraw those funds to pay my school fees, and this situation is putting me under a lot of pressure.I kindly and sincerely ask for your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible so that I can access my account and withdraw my funds. This would mean a lot to me during this difficult time.

No wins unless you close or cool off .when u back then u win Again
You only win when you first opened sm acc.same with my hubbys acc .for a whole fill year after that omg impossible to even get a small win. No matter how many deposits, you can't win anything unless you cool off on that cooling off period an then when u back immediately after that u get a win...

Do better with your promotions
T&C and staff are not aligned. If those 2 are not aligned I would cation people against using their services as these are early indicators for massive headaches with resulting tickets and payouts. Do better.

I love this site. I have been depositing all the time. And when I started the daily bonus was good. Nowadays it's really bad. I deposited 500r yest and I've been receiving around 26r lol what is that.

Refusing to pay my winnings and the suspended my account thereafter, I've been waiting since november 2025 after they said they have escalated by (Lerato and Queen) the issue.. 2026 end of January still no communication or funds released. Same lame stories when i follow up
