Daily bonus
I love this site. I have been depositing all the time. And when I started the daily bonus was good. Nowadays it's really bad. I deposited 500r yest and I've been receiving around 26r lol what is that.

Bitter pineapple
I bought a pizza today From the smith street branch Durban central. I ordered a hawaiian, the pineapple was sour not as in off or gone bad it was bitter. I called the manager and then she kept on saying the pineapple is fresh I explained to her 7times it's not about freshness of the pineapple was bitter she didn't want to exchange my pizza I eventually got so sick of explaining to her that it's not freshness. I was very disappointed because I always order from them. And today I had zero assistance. I also requested the base be little well done and not doughy. And we threw half the pizza away

Unable to withdraw
Hi, I have been trying to cash out numerous times, be it via ewallet fnb or std bank account(eft) even through a voucher. It's not working the money returns into my playabets account. I was verified on the site and I have resent my documents 3 times. What is going on? Please approve my withdrawal. I have sent through ID and bank confirmation. Mimi Hlophe had informed my that my funds will reflect within 1hr-30mins depending on the amount.

Debiting my account without consent
Hi. Actually really annoyed, vodacom has been debiting my account for an amount of R1999.00 I do not have anything to do with vodacom. I did and I settled the account. Why are yall debiting me? My account is standard bank 10144937954. Please, stop this debit. I don't owe yall anything.

Unemployed
I lost my job last year. Someone is helping me make payments to my accounts. On the term loan I missed a payment in December. Today I get a call from the lawyer who is going to pay lawyers fees? Me? I told the lady I only can make the installment payments and nothing extra for now. She said they will blacklist me. Furthermore I can't afford to make an extra payment of R1400? Plus I have to pay insurance on the loan which I don't want! Cancel the insurance

Credit card
Im so disappointed in standard bank, last month i paid my credit card, this month i paid it manually, they have taken out all the money. What is going on. You guys are charging me so much interest. If this carries on i do not care about blacklisted i will not pay my credit card

Fnb west street durban
The 2 time I have been to fnb west street branch was a great experience I would like to thank my attendant charmaine pillay, she was great and absolutely friendly as well as the banks host not sure of her name. Lovely staff
