Hello,
I reported to BetXchange that my phone was ******, and as a result my account details were changed. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account even though I still have funds inside. I was asked to provide a selfie while holding my ID to verify my identity, which I did immediately. After submitting everything that was requested, I was told that my account is now under review.I completely understand the need for security and verification, but I am really worried and stressed because the money in that account is very important to me. I urgently need to withdraw those funds to pay my school fees, and this situation is putting me under a lot of pressure.I kindly and sincerely ask for your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible so that I can access my account and withdraw my funds. This would mean a lot to me during this difficult time.
