I ordered and paid for flowers for a friend on 16 February, the flowers were never delivered and I received NOTHING from Netflorist stating that they hadn't delivered or why. I called them today and they said the emailed me (definitely.did not) to say that there wasn't a florist that could deliver so no-one delivered!!! This also happened to my sister apparently - they are con artists, keeping quiet and keeping our money. I was told that if you don't respond to the email that wasn't sent to me they do nothing. Please don't ever buy from them, rather go direct to a reputable florist, after all Netflorist are seemingly just a middle-man - a useless dishonest one at that!!!
I bought two vehicles at one time from these idiots - they lied and told me the one vehicle had a brand new engine fiited - they lied! Basically they will sell you sub-standard vehicles and would take every Rand from you if they can. Please guys... never ever buy from these ignoramuses.

My partner and I both have Vodacom sim cards - pay as you go, and there are already been 3 instances this month alone that all our data and airtime have disappeared in one go! If they choose to say it's because there are apps running in the background etc etc I won't accept it, there is no warning - 'you have R3 airtime left' or 'you have 4mb of data left' the whole lot just goes TOGETHER!

They should be sued, and forced to repay all subscribers back. If it carries on i'm moving to another service provider. I'm livid. The CEO should go to prison.

I placed an order early morning on the 6th October for flowers to be sent to my mother in the UK on the 7th - birthday and just had an operation, the money came off my credit card, I received an order confirmation email so all good! NOT! My mum never received the flowers, I have emailed the orders department twice to find out what is happening and have heard nothing back. Disgusting service, I'm very disappointed.

I purchased my Audi Q3 as an ex-demo in 2014 for over R500,000.00 - the highest price I have ever paid for a car (being a single mother). Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely car, I was very happy with it - until the car started making a noise at random times, similar to the gearbox slipping, or a hydraulic-type noise. I took it into Audi Braamfontein service department to get them to fix the problem. They kept the car for a few days and subsequently informed me that the car had been tested and the issue has been raised with Audi Head Office and apparently the problem cannot be fixed - some Q3's have it, some don't!! I have asked Damien from the Service Department to put this in writing, I am still waiting for communication from him.

I am absolutely disgusted that I am told to ignore the problem - that sudden noise that appears from nowhere and startles my passengers! Is my vehicle safe? What if I want to sell my Audi? No-one will want to buy it. I have been completely let down by what is supposed to be a professional company that is supposed to manufacture good cars. If Audi Q3's are know to have this strange problem then why aren't they being recalled? I'm absolutely disgusted
Yet another complaint about Standard Bank - my previous complaint has never been sorted out either!
I tried to make a payment to a supplier via internet banking and it would not allow me to make any transactions with my business account. I then spent over half an our on the phone speaking to many different people at the call centre. Eventually I got to speak to a very helpful guy who told me that my account has been loaded as non-resident status! He put me through to the branch so that I could deal with my business banker direct, he gave me the direct number of the branch in case I was cut off. The phone rang until it cut off, no-one answered. I tried the number he gave me, that did the same - no-one bothered to answer. So I now have a business account that I can't access because the bank think i'm living here as a non-resident! Even though i've banked with them for 23 years and they have a copy of my ID, I can't contact anyone because they don't answer their phones, so I can't fix the problem they caused! I'm livid! No point in me sending a secure message over internet banking because my business banker doesn't respond to them - i've tried before.
I've happily banked with Standard Bank Southdale branch for over two decades, my business account now falls under a 'new' account manager. When I send secure messages through internet banking to her I get no response. When I speak to her over the phone I am met with a rude & obstinate attitude. For some reason I have different rules with doing inter-account transfers with my business account compared to my personal account - I would assume transfer time of funds would be a Standard Bank policy and would be the same for all accounts. Standard Bank has become a major irritation to me, right now I feel like moving banks - something that a lot of my friends have already done! I'm aware that I don't have massive amounts of funds coming into my business account which puts me at the bottom of the list of importance for Susan, but I have always had a healthy cashflow through my personal account. In a nutshell, I don't want to have to deal with Susan anymore, I'd rather move my 6 accounts to another bank and deal with someone that is keen to assist with my queries and at least have a pleasant attitude. Saying that, I always get excellent service from the ladies in Prestige Banking section.
This happens each year! I pay online to renew my postbox because it's supposed to be more convenient. But, my post box always gets locked because no-one knows i've paid!!! Isn't there a system in place within your company where you actually can check who has paid online?!!
Please sort it out quickly, so that I can get my mail.
If you haven't got a system in place to communication to your staff who has renewed their post box via the virtual post office, maybe you could allow me to come in and put a system in place? My fees are very competitive!
