Nedbank seems to be the most inconsiderate bank among all available in South Africa, their staff msnagers included seems to only interested in the best deal for the bank, i contacted them to adk why my interest rate on my credit card is the highest allowed by law given my good credit record and that i have more products with them than any other bank and home loan interest on their side is higher than another bank, i provided statement of products on other to provide proof they are charging me 20.75% on credit card another bank 12.25% this is the response from their manager Please note that interest rates on a credit are given you upfront prior to you signing the contract agreement for the credit and this would have been done back in 2022 May . Interest on a credit card is non-negotiable and cannot be changed or updated . Based on our conversation confirming this , this case will be closed . Thank you for your patience in this matter . This matter is now concluded, and you will get an SMS or Email to please rate my service to you this is not for Nedbank or the compliant submitted . So its vlear they get the same info on my profile as other bank but obviously value me much less

What a horrible experience trying to claim from this company. First they erroneously decline the claim on gap warranty saying that I have reached trade vale of car, I have to dispute this, then once over that and 2 weeks later they decide to pay note they insist on paying me and not the repaired, but now they send a letter where I accept less than half of what's due, then I need to phone another company who used to administer this policy get policy docs , call the repaired and get clarity on the nature of the fault read through the policy docs and again query their decision, now that all this is done three weeks later I'm going to recieve they say in 3 days ...I am not buying another vehicle through mfc and even more certain will not be taking any of their value added services as I don't have time for this was much easier when innovation handled it

Mfc does not get back to me everything i call them I spend at least 30 minutes being transferred from department to department, since they rebook the administration from innovation group on my gap cover it has become impossible to speak to someone and once you do they promise email feedback the next day which does not happen, I did get one email from them lacking for docs which was provided but there is no number in the email to call and the consultants email address does not exist
They sent a guy to charge my battery took him over an hour to get there tho
3rd property I gave this agency, 3rd good result, they are head and shoulders above all other agents I used
Telkom is one of those businesses where if you don't have an issue it's a good day. Anyway been with them since 2008, the debit my account normally twice on the last day, then the 5th of the month but this month they debited on the 15th again and an amount heavily exceeding my combined totals, one promise after another is not kept such as 3 days to be refunded but never happened nor is 16 days later yesterday the told me I wouldn't be debited today, but I was, the told me now my account will be credited with my 5ths debit being deducted and refunded on Tuesday latest we will see what happens but not expecting any difference, slowly I see my services are moving from telkom anyway when the used to have all my telecoms services
