I bought pots at Lermogann within a six month period they started to peal off the black coating inside. When I contact them they take me up and down .after a year they call me and tell me that I have to pay a replacement fee soo that they replace them. While they say their products are life time. So if you buy their product know that anything is possible with them .for me I will never order from them at all
The disappointment I got from these company is on a high level of undermining customer . You report a problem they will never attend it or no one will be responsible .After they install alarm system in my house , the alarm got fault since from the first month when I report they take me from one pillar to another.J will never refer anyone to install their alarm.
Vodacom Sales consultant are **** .we bought a smart watch worth R3000 .now they gave us a smart watch for R849 .and the don't want to refund us .they always tell us that they are still in search of the consultant that sold us the watch before refund. Who responsibility is that . Vodacom Barberton is a ****.
The level of unfair treatment I got from them is so high, to an extent that even if you raise a query they will ignore your phone or email. The are just *******
I m so disappointed with the treatment I got from LGSETA after attending their interview. When the suppose to reimbur*****t my travel expense they treat me like a trash, an ensure that they ignore any communication from my side. These show that they don't practice their mission and vision.
I like to share the experience I receive from LGSETA ,after they call me for interviews and due to distance I requested for virtual interview ,they said no they don't do virtual because they reimbur*****t travel expenses. I attended the interview then after a month I asked about the claim process .they sent me forms to submit .I then submitted them and they requested the GPS coordinates to finalize the claim.i then send them . Now is been six months they don't even respond the emails. So never trust them when they said they will reimbur*****t you after the interview. They don't even communicate .
I will never buy a laptop 💻 through my laptop screen is damaged while still under warranty, when I send it to technician through them they charged unreasonable amount of R4000, when I asked what exactly is damaged they tell me is a device. But they even fail to tell me which part it is a problem because if is a device why they can't replace it because is still new .I only have 5 months with it .so now I have to take it back and find myself a technician while I pay monthly installment for the device that is damaged and they are not even willing to tell what exactly is damaged. Their products are poor
Never ever buy a laptop 💻 online with cell c. I bought a laptop on February 2024 and on July when I close my laptop I hold my screen as usual inorder to close it .Suddenly when I was busy closing it then I noticed that it appears an ink from the corner to up .I call them tomorrow morning and they arrange for collection. Now they say I have to pay R4000 because the device is damaged, but how I don't understand .and R4000 is the same as the new laptop .and the worst part it doesn't even have 6 months .and I'm still paying their contract monthly. I will never ever recommend it at all it is a ****
I receive a very top notch service. From the day I order my bed until the day it delivered. Their online chat also helped when I want to clarify how do I pay the difference .so my order process was the best service I experienced. I will still order more beds from them and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
The delivery services was the best ,starting from the day I ordered my bed until it was delivery. Thanks for Philip for making all the effort to deliver my bed at the best time an in good condition
