I was not informed of this change prior to the increase, which I believe is a significant oversight. Furthermore, I have been experiencing poor service quality, including a persistent red light issue that has been ongoing for two months. Despite my efforts to bring this to your attention, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or acknowledgement of the problem. The combination of poor service and unexpected price increases has led to a significant decline in my confidence in Zoom Fiber. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take immediate action to address these issues. Shandukani to come and complete the tar roads in Orange Farm, Ward 4, Ext 8b, the very same contractor you appointed did a very very bad job and the entire community is crying over this, all the streets are leaking and Johannesburg water had to come and dig the completed roads & left them as such. The contractor damaged a wall of one resident and promised to built it, but they only bought bricks and vanished, they also cut a water pipe in one house, it was reported and they also promised to fix it but never did, they're now without water ever since, so my question is how did you even signed a completion letter without even checking? Please come and rectify your mistakes.

On February i ordered a phone from cell c, they took all my details including bank account details, they also promised that it won't debited before the phone is delivered and swiping my during delivery.... Then later they wanted to bill for what they didn't deliver, i called them and was given a runaround, i then went to my bank and removed the debit, but now when I check my credit score, I'm now in debt review and my credit score is bad. Now that I promise to open a case against cell c, they call me daily wanting me to go and make an affidavit and that say I don't have a contract with them and they claim that i was being ****med, when I ask them how am I ****med if when I contact cell c direct, they know that I did order the phone and it was not delivered instead they asked me if I need to insure that phone they never delivered... So they don't want to take responsibility and want to brush it off, I was thinking taking it further to teach them a lesson.
