Hi guys I got a call from mobilestore but the lady want to sell me a cellphone contract...I must say these people are relentless sho can you really be so hard up for business
Hi guys be careful as mobilestore is relentless in still trying to debt my bank account and I don't even have any products from them and I did put a stop order at my bank Capitec but somehow they still manage to try and get money out of my account now the FAIS Umbudsman need to intervene as these people are getting away with ****** also my bank must come up with away of insuring that they don't get my money or else I'm closing my account at Capitec I feel they are useless in preventing us from getting ******
As per my last conversation with an agent from home-connect we concluded that the billing department will call to make arrangements to settle my bill and also that he will send me an email so I could contact him directly should I have any issue....well I still have not received no call nor the email so how do I go about things if people do not honor a simple telephonic agreement
Hi guys i had a choose to no start rating to mtn I would their services is extremely poor I went to mtn in Tambotie mall to get my contract Sim card sort out because I cannot receive call the first ticket that the agent Danel logged for was close and the problem sort but guess what it not so a second ticket was logged and now I'm waiting again..also app**** for 2 new contract and it was referred to their head office that was on Tuesday still no feedback then why do you give client so much credit if they can't use it well that's not service so from my experience MTN itself is useless but their partners like Mondo is good
Hi now Mondo a company who live up to their reputation and they are in partners MTN guys the good professional and just give a client awesome services so if you and cellphone, fiber etc. deals contact them they just good st what they do
Still no answer from mobile store who stole my money out of my bank account
Hi guys please don't ever try to do and online cellphone contract with Mobistore these people trick me in believe that my contract will be or was approve through vodacom by asking me to authorize a debt order approval on my bank account for them to debt my account for contract deal, which was not the case they send me an sms saying the my application was unsuccessful due to the fact that my credit vetting was unsuccessful eventhough I have a clear record and they blamed Transunion for that but just to find its was vodacom itself that decline me because I had no account that I was paying for them to see my credit history......but that not the kicker guys, these people still debt my account for the amount of contract deal I tried take out with them and now I have a problem getting my money back as my bank can't reverse the money back into my account and I gave to call this no 0315828352 to get my money back from them and I have to use my own airtime to call these people......shame on you Vodacom and Mobistore you guys are ***** and I want my money back you are disgusting in the way you treat customers and hope everyone see this
Hi guys please do not sign up with Lotto star as the take almost 4 days to pay you and when you chat to one of the agents like Mali about it and try to propose that they most look into that well than Mali became rude and chat to you like you are not a customer but like you don't exist so please stay away

Once again home connect is a disappointment my fiber has been off for almost an hour and they have apparently send a notice on the portal to notify their client now tell how do you notify your clients on a portal that you need internet access to and your internet is down thats just down right stupidity to say the least of this company tjo I am so done with home connect and I will never ever recommend them as a service provider as they are useless I just lost money because of them as well useless I tell you enough is enough I'm so done with you guys can't wait for my mislead contract to end on the 16th of December so I can cancel
