Bring back my money
I saw a advert of a cellphone contract then I apply and the called me and say I didn't qualify for the phone deals I can start by taking data deals the sent an empty sim without any data today I woke up I saw they took my money on my bank account

Mobile Store is a ****
I wouldn't advice anyone to buy anything from Mobile store. They are ****mers they trick u, first they'll say to u, u qualify for a phone they'll after you approved the mendate u receive message that say u don't qualify for but still they debit your account but don't have their device with you. When you call them they tell you that by approving the mendate you were accepting the rewards which they deduduct R200 or more. So be alert do not buy anything there.

Mobile store ****mers
Mobile store debit R199 without my consent, my application was unsuccessful yet I was asked already to debit check, on my surprise on the 2nd of may my account was debited yet I don't have their product in hand. Mobile store I want my money back asap.

Unauthorized debt
Hi guys be careful as mobilestore is relentless in still trying to debt my bank account and I don't even have any products from them and I did put a stop order at my bank Capitec but somehow they still manage to try and get money out of my account now the FAIS Umbudsman need to intervene as these people are getting away with ****** also my bank must come up with away of insuring that they don't get my money or else I'm closing my account at Capitec I feel they are useless in preventing us from getting ******

Unauthorized debt
