Had a problem with updating my profile details on the telkom app. After logging in I clicked on profile. Needed to change my cell number- would NOT give an option on APP to change. Phoned Telkom helpline. After half hour with helper taking me though hopeless options she said I must go into a telkom office to change my cell. I swore at her for her incompetence and put the phone down
Ate lunch at Mozambik Athlone - the Mozambik in Umhlanga allows half veg half chips for side while the Athlone restaurant does not. Only one side- manager very firm and unyielding
Quantum AI appears to be a *****ulent company. During registration on their app got a phone call from one of their agents. Asked my age. The asked my occupation. Said I was retired with fixed income. Agent said won't suit me and hung up. Tried registering again. Same result. Posted my complaint on their FB site. All comments now blocked. Don't trust this company- Trump video supporting it- AI video.
Had lunch at Stokers Arms today. Horrible service- waited 45 mins for our order- coffee machine brocken so no cappuccino. Asked for broccoli and got cauliflower. Apple pie R79 - small piece. Very disappointing
Warning that rcgmarkets trading platform using metatrader 5 is a ****. Invested $60 - got a bonus when did it. Traded on Thursday 7 May leaving about $20 untouched. On Friday morning had 0 balance- told I had lost all due to markets. ****
Had big Ben eggs Benedict Should be called tiny eggs Benedict. Was horribly small. 1 leaf of spinach- ham rubbery. Had to ask waiter twice for water. Not pleasant experience
Got a rude message today 3 April from FNB saying my funeral policy is in arrears. Yet the full amount of R223.68 came off yesterday?? Such incompetence.
Keep on getting harassed by woolworths to pay R505 on my store card. Used the app yesterday and followed the instructions to pay the R505. It was paid but NO option for immediate payment. Only had to pay by 7th. Why can't they wait till After the 7th instead of harassing me today to pay after I already have?
Telkom internet failing almost every day. Report a fault hopeless as takes many hours to resolve. App hopeless as could not log a fault or update my cell
Hellopeter emailed me that cell c had rep****. This was not so. Confused
