Bad services and over charge a person and drivers cancel and then you as customer must pay cancellation fee which is unacceptable
They one other worse and bad city's, they only do favours for who and who they want to help. We app**** for indigent relief but they come with and that story, telling to fill in forms everytime. They want to know what you eat, how much the food is what you eat etc and all expenses what you do with your own money. There service delivery for coloured people is really worse. There service walk in centres are bad people working there don't know how to talk with you
They one of the bad companies everytime they disconnect the phone evens if you make payment arrangements. Everytime they want me to pay for reconnection fee which is unacceptable. There customer services is also bad rude and don't want to listen what the customer had to say.
Bad services, if you make a payment and made payment arrangements they disconnect your service after 24hours. They customer service is very bad and signal very bad.
Really bad services, because if you pay they still disconnect your phone line, and charge you reconnection fee. There customer service is also bad because they not much of a help.
There delivery is very bad and delivery guys lies about phone the customer. This is the third time they doing it and have to wait three days for your delivery due to the delivery guy guy not pitching up
(Sinaso) the customer service agent did go out her way to contact me about a query and was very friendly. At the end it was very helpful and was explained in detail to me.
