Since March 31st, I have been attempting to receive assistance with a voucher withdrawal that is not showing in my 1Voucher app. Unfortunately, I have been assigned inad agents who only ask three basic questions (regarding the query, my cellphone number, and the serial number), and then disappear. Offering no further assistance they become unresponsive. This has been the most dreadful service experience I have ever encountered

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND DELAY IN COMMUNICATION... A FRIEND OF MINE TRANSFERRED R50 TO MY 1VOUCHER APP VIA FNB CELLPHONE BANKING TO THE FNB ACCOUNT LINKED WITH 1FOR YOU....THE ONLY MISTAKE HE DID WAS TOO ENTER HIS NAME INSTEAD OF THE UNIQUE REFERENCE THAT I GAVE HIM.... I SENT YOU AN EMAIL WHICH THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME TO DO, THERE IS NO RESPONSE AND THIS GUY IS FEUDING, YOU ARE RUINING MY REPUTATION OVER A R50 ASSIST ME PLEASE. MY EMAIL : [email protected]

Hi Me again I contacted you last month about Hollywood bets I got a response from them but I have not received my lousy R300 1 for you voucher that I won as 1 for you also does not give a damn.I mean I can't keep contacting them all the time the airtime that I'm using is costing me more then that R300.So will I be compensated for the amount of airtime clearly not which is not my mistake I didn't actually receive my R300 voucher code.So I wonder when I will receive my money cause I'm not letting this go.Infact they should give me some kind of reward for months of patience I had to wait over months since December it's almost half year still nothing.Come on what is the issue it not that difficult to come to a solution a fast and simple one I don't think I will go through this measures for monthss if I was lying or I recieved the money it's obvious that I'm continuing cause I won fair n square so I would like to have it and airtime that I used I should be well payed back it's not my job to recover my money it is whoever on the other end.I wanty R300. Thank you
