Since March 31st, I have been attempting to receive assistance with a voucher withdrawal that is not showing in my 1Voucher app. Unfortunately, I have been assigned inad agents who only ask three basic questions (regarding the query, my cellphone number, and the serial number), and then disappear. Offering no further assistance they become unresponsive. This has been the most dreadful service experience I have ever encountered
I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing nightmare of trying to change my OTP number with Webafrica. Despite numerous attempts, I am completely unable to update it. The only contact option available is WhatsApp, which itself demands an OTP just to start a chat — a ridiculous catch. Meanwhile, the customer portal shamelessly claims there are "minor technical difficulties" affecting the system, as if that’s an excuse for the complete lack of support. I couldn’t find a single direct email or phone support contact on their website, so I had to reach out to Vumatel. They provided me with [email protected], only to inform me that it’s an unmanned mailbox that’s no longer in use. Now, to make matters worse, you’ve decided to force support through WhatsApp Live Chat, which is just as useless. I called Vumatel again, and they told me there’s no other way to contact you. All I want is for this issue to be resolved. Is that too much to ask?
It’s been four days that I posted a review about my extremely disappointing and unjust experience with a claim that I put through two months ago with MiWay. Miway replied to the review couple hours after it was posted ‘’Your feedback has been passed on to the right team and someone will be in touch soon to turn this around.” Yet till date nor has they been any turn around because no member from the right team contacted me. How is it even possible that your insurance company (MiWay) is ranking number 2 with the terrible service you’ll give to clients and the amount of excuses given by you’ll not to pay-out?
I’m very disappointed with Miway I have logged a claim on Tuesday 18th May 2021 for items that was stolen MiWay requested documents which I completed and sent back then I was sent the same documents again and again. After all the running around they wanted a itemized billing which I couldn’t have access to because my sim wasn’t registered under my name. I went to the extend off registering a complaint at ICASA against my network provider in order to get the itemized billing for MiWay, After getting assistance eventually from my network provider it still was not enough the reported one off my items to the fraud department in order to get the location and so on cause the phone was still in use. I got a call saying that I could cancel the claim and drop my insurance and stuff or if I want to proceed with the claim but it would have a bad record on the account holder cause the phone way still used in my area. So I told them proceed with the claim I am not guilty of anything there’s two items on the claim the expensive one check-out but the cheap one doesn’t which is dumb. Eventually I got a call saying that they will pay out for one off the items and the other one nothing they can do cause it could be a family member staying at my home that took the phone. FIRSTLY WHETHER IT WAS A FAMILY MEMBER OR WHOEVER STOLE THE ITEM I PAY FOR THE INSURANCE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES. SO ITS NOT MY PROBLEM WHERE THE PHONE IS AND WHO IS USING IT. SINCE IT WAS COVERED MIWAY SHOULD BE PAYING FOR IT CAUSE IT IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION. SECONDLY I WAS PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THE VALUE OF R24000 FOR ONE OF THE PHONES, MIWAY WANTS TO UGRADE THE PHONE BUT HE VALUE OF THE PHONE THEY WANT TO GIVE ME IS R14000, THEY SAY THE VALUE OFF THE PHONE DROPS ANUALLY SO WHY DIDN’T THEY DROP THE PREMIUM AS THE VALUE DROPPED. THIRDLY WE IN JULY AND THE CLAIM IS STILL WITH THEM CAUSE I DON’T KNOW IF THEY EXPECTED ME TO BE WITHOUT A PHONE SO LONG NOW THEY WANT TO GIVE ME A CLAIMCARD TO BUY SOMETHING FOR THAT VALUE. LIKE WHAT THE HELL I HAD TO USE MY PERSONAL SAVINGS PLUS NOW I MUST GO DO SHOPPING FOR THAT VALUE WHEN I COULD JUST PUT IT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I INURRED A LOT OF LOSSES ALREADY. Its definitely not done MiWay, It’s TheirWay or NoWay!!!
