Was a good experience except for the advert had the aircon as cold and when I came to pick up the car it wasn’t working and they said not their problem
Was sceptiacal after reading other negative reviews and it didn't help that the phone number on the site did not work, however received my remotes within in a week via courier so pleasantly surprised!
Bought Dulux paint during the promotion 1/6/21 to September and was charged the wrong price. I went to Builders Rivonia and they couldn't find someone from the paint section then asked if they could take a copy of my till slip and they would phone me shoertly. Well needless to say no phone call and why I could not of been refunded the difference in store is still an absolute mistery, not the first time the price on the item is different when it gets scanned at the till!!!!!
Ordered and received personal delivery by the owner as I was a bit sceptical of buying online for a R19k order, just paid for the delivery which was expected.
I was emailed to submit my FICA documents. I did this and was subsequently called about a signatory on my account and I had to supply FICA documents for them also. <br> <br> I decided the easiest option was to remove the signatory from my account and the FICA agent advised I had to go to a branch to do this.<br> <br> Not very impressed about having to physically go to a branch in this day and age but anyway I did and had the signatory removed from my account.<br> <br> Got another call from the FICA department and I advised them that I had been into the Sanridge branch, Midrand and had the signatory removed, great they said.<br> <br> Yesterday my account was locked and I received a call from FICA department today and I told them I had done everything requested from me and my account still got locked!!<br> <br> They promised to investigate and call me back this afternoon..... you guessed it, no call yet!! <br> <br> So I have no access to my accounts, cannot pay any bills, debit orders will bounce, can't buy anything as credit cards don't work, withdrawals don't work, internet banking doesn't work...... moving to FNB to actually get a rewards system that means something is looking better and better....
