I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nedbank Insurance. Yesterday, I tried to log a claim for household contents, but the department simply did not answer the phone. After multiple attempts, I eventually got through to someone in the burst geyser department, who told me they couldn’t assist and transferred me — only for the call to go unanswered again. I then tried using the app, only to find that it doesn’t even allow me to log a household contents claim, which is incredibly frustrating. As a last resort, I sent an email and received an automated response promising feedback within 24 hours. It has now been over 24 hours, and I have still received no response. Today, I tried calling again with the same result — no answer from the household contents department. Once again, I reached someone in the burst geyser department, who advised me to call 0860000538. When I did, I was simply transferred back to the same number that nobody answers. This level of service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic accessibility and timely support, especially when trying to log a claim. The lack of response across all channels — phone, app, and email — is extremely disappointing and concerning.
I am very disappointed with the service from MDS Colliery regarding a parcel that was supposed to be delivered from Axxess yesterday. Yesterday the parcel was not delivered as expected. Instead, I received a call from a lady asking if the driver had contacted me, which he had not. During that call she confirmed that the parcel would definitely be delivered today. She also confirmed my address with me, and I even provided the nearest landmark to make it easier for the driver. Today I called to check on the delivery. The first consultant I spoke to told me they only service my area on Fridays. This made no sense because I was clearly told yesterday that the parcel would be delivered today. I was then transferred to a second consultant who claimed that my address is near Namibia, which is completely incorrect. The closest country to my location is Mozambique, not Namibia. Despite explaining this, I was simply told the parcel will now be delivered on Friday. What is most frustrating is that the consultants completely dismissed what their colleague told me yesterday. There seems to be a serious lack of communication within the company, and the information given to customers is inconsistent and unreliable. This level of poor service, confusion, and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. I expected much better professionalism and coordination.
I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service I have received from Liberty Life. On 14 August, Allan Gray submitted a request to transfer my funds from Liberty to Allan Gray. Since then, over two months have passed, and I have yet to receive any response from Liberty. Despite multiple follow-up emails being sent by Allan Gray, Liberty has remained completely unresponsive. This lack of communication is unacceptable for any financial institution handling clients' investments and retirement savings. The delay and silence not only reflect poor customer service but also a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I expected far better from a company that claims to care about its clients' financial futures. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. I urge Liberty Life to take responsibility and act promptly on outstanding transfer requests, and I hope this review helps highlight the need for real improvements in their client service processes.
I keep getting debited every month for my subscription but when try to view it shows that i do not have any active subscriptions. The reference number for my debit order is 377121721372505. I have sent an email using contacts on the website and still not getting any feedback.
Poor service from Liberty, withdrawal forms were submitted but there is no way of getting hold of them to follow-up. I have sent them emails and didn't get any feedback. I Tried calling them and their line is forever busy and end up getting disconnected. I check via WhatsApp if i can withdraw from the 2-pot system and it shows that i can apply which means my withdrawal form still have not been processed and me ex ***orkers have received their funds :(
