Avoid this institution completely. I would give them a 0 rating if I could. Complete waste of money. You might as well fush your money down the toilet. Support is pathetic. Lecturers mostly non existent. 300k for 3 years and no proper qualification to show.
Received my order super quick but was the wrong purfume. How crazy is it that I have to PAY for the return courier when they sent the wrong item?
What an horrific experience I just had at Clicks Penford in Uitenhage. The shelves show 3 for 2 and I take the items marked with purple stickers. At the cashier I don't get the cheapest one free. The acting manager Mr. Guy tells me that the specials have not been advertised yet and I should KNOW that the specials run in November/December. I asked then why are the shelves marked if the promotion isn't running yet. He ignores me. I speak to a Ms Bailey at the counter and she ignores me too. What on earth?
I have been calling the call center for assistance with withdrawing funds from the FUNDISA investment for my daughter's studies. I get transferred from one person to the next till someone eventually cuts me off or I end up right from the start having to select the options all over again. I hold for 40 min and longer eventually ending up not speaking to anyone. 1 guy took my ID number as well as my daughter's and asked me to pls hold. Low and behold I was back at selecting options as if I just called. How pathetic can it really get??????
I booked accommodation and paid online with Agoda. When I received my confirmation email it was not for the accommodation I booked. I have communicated with them on numerous occasions as well as with the establishment I booked. I was told I should cancel my booking on the website which then means I loose my full deposit. DO NOT USE THEM. No customer service.
Customer service non existent. Stay away. Paid for express delivery. Didn't receive goods on time. Kept phoning call centre. They said they will phone back but never did. Sent 2 emails to customer care. No reply. Really pathetic.

<p>Got a new Samsung S6 Edge in September 2015. In December it just stopped working. Phone keeps going off. Took it to TT3 Repairs in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth and waited forever to get it back. Eventually received it back and low and behold the phone is still exactly the same. So phone goes back again. Wait forever again. Got it back last week, switched it on expecting it to work. Still exactly the same. Phone doesn't stay on. When I want to use the phone it is off. Stays on for a short while and goes off whenever it feels like it. Sometimes while it's still starting up and other times after 5 or 10 min. What is the use of the phone????</p>
I placed an online order on 1 Austust. Shipment notification on 6 August. Still no delivery and can't get any feedback. I have sent loads of online chats. Tried phoning. Sent mails. Still nothing. Not a good shopping experience seeing it was my first with the online store.
I applied for vehicle finace on 08.06.2015 and it was declided due to a judgement against me by a company that made a prosthesis for me while I was lying dying in hospital in intensive care. A judgement was passed a few months later while I was still critically ill for an amount of R1850 that my medical aid did not pay. I subsequently paid that amount and supplied the paid up letter to Absa (Andre White). I am yet to get feedback from him. I have made more than 10 calls to him which I have on record and he promises to phone me back before 6pm the same day, but that just never happens. Even if it's a NO, just please get back to people. Excellent service.
