I am extremely dissatisfied with the shocking lack of professionalism and service I have received from Techsured / Viva Group. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I submitted all my claim documents on 28.04.2026, yet to date I have not even received the courtesy of an acknowledgement confirming receipt. After being completely ignored, I escalated the matter to the complaints department only to experience the exact same level of incompetence and disregard. A day later, my complaint was simply closed with the generic response that “an agent will contact you.” To this day, no one has contacted me. I then called again today, hoping to finally get assistance, but was met by a completely clueless consultant who informed me that her supervisor, Bandile Mabuza, was “not available.” I was further advised that my email had been assigned to Given Sebesho, who has apparently failed to perform the most basic function of acknowledging a customer’s email or providing any form of update. The complete lack of accountability, communication, urgency, and professionalism from this organisation is unacceptable. It is clear that management has no control over its staff, and the level of service being provided reflects a deeply dysfunctional operation. Jivashan Pather, as the so-called “Key Individual,” should be embarrassed by the conduct and incompetence displayed by his team. At this point, Techsured / Viva Group appears more interested in ignoring customers than actually assisting them. I strongly caution anyone considering taking cover with this company to think very carefully before doing so, because if this is how legitimate claims and complaints are handled, customers can expect frustration, delays, and complete disregard once they need assistance.
Techsured must rank among the most ineffective cellphone insurance providers I’ve dealt with. They seem highly efficient at increasing premiums, yet completely incapable of processing claims in a timely and professional manner. I submitted all the relevant documents and information for my claim four days ago, and to date, I have received absolutely no feedback or acknowledgment. This level of service is unacceptable. Please be advised that if this matter is not addressed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the ombudsman.
Telkom is the worst network "service provider" I haven't been able to use my data since Sunday evening, I have data and restarted my phone multiple times but still no network connection.
SCAM ALERT!! This thing is a scam they called me under false pretense of selling Cell phone contracts then enrolled me for they're non-existent cover since then they've been debiting R98 from my account. sent multiple emails to "[email protected]" only to realize they've been bouncing , I therefore called 087 330 2928 which took me to "Europe assist" which advised they have no knowledge of this FRUAD
This has to be the worst shopper app ever, I placed an order through the Avo app from Burger King with order 8V5-Y*P-*MV , I'm yet to receive my order but I got an invoice indicating my food has been delivered !!To who?

This has to be the worst delivery service ever , I placed an order at 12:25 from Pedro's after an 90+ minutes the order is still not collected. store confirmed food preparation was done by 12:55
This has to be worst delivery service by far, placed an order at 11:03 and has been out for delivery since 13h42. You guys really excel in ruining people special days.
