I booked an Emirates flight through the travel section of AVO , i never received proof / ticket (Thankfully i took a screen shot of booking) I then cancelled due to concerns regarding the political unrest in the region, And 8 weeks later i am still fighting to get a refund !! I also noticed that the booking reference numbers that they gave are invalid on the Emirates website, and when you call Avo you are passed onto Tourvest who just tell you that your enquiry has been “escalated” - zero customer service , will NEVER use them again … and this is Nedbank private wealth’s rewards program…. No words

I regret buying my Samsung phone form this people. It died and there is a problem when I have to return it they take forever to respond ..it can't be easily fixed because it appears the product is from United Arab Emirates. I wish I had known this sooner 🥹

My Voyager account reflects suspicious activity, mileage spent through third-party on 30 March 2026. I did not spend any mileage or approve any transaction on my voyager account on the said date. In fact, I was out of the country from 30 March 2026 until 2 April 2026. I called your call centre this morning and spoke with SAA agents who told me to send this email to the Voyager back office for investigation. Not very helpful and completely annoying. I have never even visited the site that that the claim was placed on - so annoyed! The transaction details are: Date: 30 March 2026 Certificate Number: #1001174600 Spend Details: AVO Dynamic Reward - Partner AVO Miles Redeemed: -142600 There seem to be some *****sters at Avo SuperShop! I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from Avo SuperShop and Nedbank. I have been trying to purchase an iPad since the 23rd/24th of March, but I am unable to complete the purchase due to a technical issue on the Avo platform. Since then, I have: • Sent multiple emails • Used the in-app support (which has not been helpful at all) • Spoke to a consultant who could not assist and dropped the call • And now, I have physically gone into a Nedbank branch for assistance At the branch, I was told that Avo is a third party and that they cannot assist me, and that I must contact Avo again. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be sent back and forth between Nedbank and Avo SuperShop without anyone taking responsibility or providing a solution. To make matters worse: • I am still unable to complete the purchase • I have been told conflicting information about payment terms (24 months vs 36 months) • There has been no clear communication or resolution • I have now wasted weeks trying to resolve something that should take minutes This iPad is needed for my child’s school, and the delays have made the situation stressful and unnecessary. At this point, I am not just disappointed — I have completely lost trust in the service. I am requesting urgent intervention and a proper resolution so that I can complete this purchase without further delay.

They will frustrate and inconvenience you.their service is the worst I wouldn't advice anyone to use the app.At first they deducted money from my account,never gave the voucher, instead the agents said a whole lot of different things just to get rid of me , blamed my bank,told me to buy again in order for me to receive the other one 🤮🙄😡 they did their best to frustrate and inconvenience me unbothered. Now gave them a second chance.guess what yesterday they took money but no voucher or refund was received on my side.chst agents were not available to assist,called nedbank was told the department closes on weekends. I worked hard for my money through out the months ,I'm allowed and expect to spend anytime I want not have them take it, ruined my entire weekend by not being available but rather expecting me to wait the entire weekend confused, frustrated with no explanation..I don't recommend it they very good telling different t's & c's after they had you bad.1 thing is said just so you spent your money on the app then something different when they can't deliver as they promised.

As a nedbank client i expected a far better customer experience, however i am sitting here after paying in cash for a Samsung s26 with no delivery and no feedback. Its interesting because they continue to have specials on the phone but no actual delivery of goods Looks like i need to contact the ombudsman
