Avoshop travel / nedbank private wealth rewards program-SHOCKING
I booked an Emirates flight through the travel section of AVO , i never received proof / ticket (Thankfully i took a screen shot of booking) I then cancelled due to concerns regarding the political unrest in the region, And 8 weeks later i am still fighting to get a refund !! I also noticed that the booking reference numbers that they gave are invalid on the Emirates website, and when you call Avo you are passed onto Tourvest who just tell you that your enquiry has been “escalated” - zero customer service , will NEVER use them again … and this is Nedbank private wealth’s rewards program…. No words0 replies
