Avo supershop will take your money ,not deliver what you bought and ruined entire weekend by making you wait without explanation.after
They will frustrate and inconvenience you.their service is the worst I wouldn't advice anyone to use the app.At first they deducted money from my account,never gave the voucher, instead the agents said a whole lot of different things just to get rid of me , blamed my bank,told me to buy again in order for me to receive the other one 🤮🙄😡 they did their best to frustrate and inconvenience me unbothered. Now gave them a second chance.guess what yesterday they took money but no voucher or refund was received on my side.chst agents were not available to assist,called nedbank was told the department closes on weekends. I worked hard for my money through out the months ,I'm allowed and expect to spend anytime I want not have them take it, ruined my entire weekend by not being available but rather expecting me to wait the entire weekend confused, frustrated with no explanation..I don't recommend it they very good telling different t's & c's after they had you bad.1 thing is said just so you spent your money on the app then something different when they can't deliver as they promised.

29 Mar 2026, 10:18I'm am disgusted and regret giving them a second chance after the first incident infact I regret giving them a chance from the on set.i shouldn't have spent a cent on them because the service and attitude towards their says they do not value customer.they are unapologetic

29 Mar 2026, 10:25Instead of having a relaxed Sunday so I'm fresh for work.here I am frustrated, stressed, confused, curious abaut what drama should I expect.im thinking of not reporting to work because there's 99.9,% chances that they will rub salt into the wound instead of me doing my job .I will be on a call with avo agent going back and forth over their wrongs and lies.fuming more I am now Emotionally drained.

29 Mar 2026, 10:33I'm talking from previous experience.instead of them earning up to their wrong.they will make me feel stupid by accusing my bank, talking to me as if they had the right to do what they did with my money becausewhy I'm talking petty cash to them.iHow I feel as a customer they careless about me because I'm judged by the amount money I'm complaining about. I'm poor and deserve no respect like the rich ,classy customer who spent more than me.i was given that last time I complained ther fore I expect worse and I'm ready

I could not have them ruin entire weekend by not d ing as I had planned to do therefore opted to buy elsewhere meaning I went above budget.i spent double because of them

I'm waiting to see how they handle a customer after the unspeakable service they gave me. I've been their customer since February 2024 let's see that means anything to them
