Non delivery of phone

As a nedbank client i expected a far better customer experience, however i am sitting here after paying in cash for a Samsung s26 with no delivery and no feedback.

Its interesting because they continue to have specials on the phone but no actual delivery of goods

Looks like i need to contact the ombudsman
