Takealot has destroyed our Christmas. No delivery of items. Bash and Temu have a much better delivery service. I will definitely never buy from Takealot again. Temu has way much better prices on clothing than Takealot

Please be careful to purchase

. I did a layby for over 6 months on two single beds and a lounge suite. I made the final payment a few days ago. Firstly they couldn't tell me when delivery could take place and then promised to get back to me but never did. Then they started ignoring my phone calls and WhatsApps. My wife and I even went to their store and they made us wait for over a half an hour . Still could not supply us with a decent answer. Please see WhatsApp I received from the store eventually after I had to follow up myself again with them: Good day so no one has The couch because it's discontinued but the warehouse is still making One for you and we also did place an order For The bed you'll get it some time next week. That is the WhatsApp message. I got hold of the operations manager, Anton. After I complained and argued with him. I had to follow up again with him after 2 hours. He had the following to say to me: He is happy to refund me Why am I buying at Double Click Furniture if I am complaining He took his staff's word over mine by saying that the sales lady asked if she could order the items (hence my payment was not finished yet). This is a lie as nothing had been communicated to me. When I told him that I will inform the public on Facebook regarding the above situation, he said he will make sure to block me. (Already this rings bells that he is afraid of the public knowing the truth) He has no customer experience He tries to blame you as a customer for choosing apparently a material for the lounge suit , yet it is the exact same one they had on display in their store I would like to speak to his superior but he claims he is the superior Awesome furniture but honestly a bad experience with Anton and some of his staff.

All South Africa's need to be very careful of this entity that seems to operate *****ulent. I have a Game card and only purchased a laptop and generator. Somehow I am now subscribed to a mobile contract with Blue Label Connect. They can only do an investigation within a 30 days. Meaning I must keep paying until the investigation has been concluded. Please be very careful when opening a Game account or anything with RCS as this Blue Label Connect seems to appear out of nowhere without your consent.

Buffalo International Logistics in South Africa JHB in Spartan is an atrocious carrier to deal with. I am hoping that Temu and Shein sees all the bad comments of Buffalo and never deal with them again. The staff are so unhelpful and unfriendly. I am not sure if management is paying them low wages that the staff think they can provide no customer service. Time for Buffalo International Logistics in South Africa to close down.

On the R25 road going to Bapsfontein at around 07:25 one of their vehicles nearly road into me. He quickly got on the dirt road and then when he got on the tar road again he nearly had a head on collision with another vehicle. I see Value Logistics are incapable of employing drivers that cannot stick to the speed limit of 80. Do not deal with companies like Value Logistics as they cause more harm to our roads in South Africa.

Temu and Shein needs to find a new courier company service in South Africa as Buffalo Courier does not care about doing their job. Maybe staff don't care as they get paid a small salary. Whatever the problem is Buffalo Courier is giving Temu and Shein bad reputation because of their bad service at Buffalo Courier. I believe Temu and Shein will choose wisely next time they decided to use Buffalo Courier in the future.

They do not follow the law of the Popi Act and we are entitled to sue them for non compliance of the Popi Act for allowing Hellopeter to use people's names and surnames
