*Incident Summary – Nestlé NAN Opti Pro* I purchased Nestlé NAN Opti Pro online from Diepkloof Square for my 2-month-old daughter. The formula was prepared exactly as instructed on the tin: 4 scoops to previously boiled and cooled water, using sterilized bottles and equipment. After feeding her this formula exclusively, she developed persistent green, watery stools and diarrhea. I took her to a clinic where she was given antibiotics and Hy****, but her condition worsened. On medical advice regarding the risk of dehydration, I took her to Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. Hospital staff advised switching to Lactogen formula. Since switching to Lactogen, my daughter has recovered and is well. I logged a complaint with pick 'n pay via Mr D Food app via whatsapp. An agent contacted me from 087 362 7600 and suggested improper sterilization and incorrect preparation as the cause. Saying doctors did not rule out , it was the formula.I followed all preparation instructions correctly. I have stopped using NAN Opti Pro and retained the packaging and remaining formula. I request an investigation into the product batch and confirmation of next steps for testing.
I have had a bad experience at this store , person who said shes the owner of the store responded to me via email as Karen Korsten , she rep**** to my email saying it should have been campus square but they have various stores ,why did she mention this store cause it seems as if she has a number of complaints to my understanding. I received an email as well as a call , I could not attend too was doing laundry.I attended the store to buy balloons , mini black board and a journal Bible. I went back to the store the following day to buy the juice pilot pens for R800.Initially when the cashier gave me the receipt I dont remember her giving me back my card.The card was then used in tap to pay transactions in Randburg.I then reached out cause I was distracted when leaving the store and focusing on my 1 month old baby.I then asked for camera footage and if a video can be sent to me via WhatsApp the owner Karen Kirsten said her staff does not take cards from customers an she cannot assist me any further ,yet over the weekend I asked if she can please check the CCTV footage she agreed ans said she will do it today which is Monday, suddenly today shes saying she camt help me CCTV footage is not working , yet it is of vita importance for it to work.How can the CCTV footage not work when this is requested by me , to confirm if I took the card from the cashier as I told her to keep all receipts ,when walking out of the store maybe it could he she kept the card or i took it an lost it along the way ,I have proof of communication via email and WhatsApp shes insinuating the staff member never took my card , what a time to be alive , so if payment is made one obviously have to hand the machine and card back to the cashier to confirm payment.Shes insinuating all this to my understanding it seems as if shes covering for staff members and previously said this could be *****.It can't be ***** cause this person has my card with them.
I ordered few items to my suprise shoprite sixty meat was delivered i cooked the lamb chops for over an hour I even gave it to my dog, this is unprofessional how can I order from checkers but receive shoprite items.Its the second time this is happening we should be given an option to order from the app checkers directly or shoprite , shoprite is 30 minutes away from my house I prefer items from checkers , now they just created a mess I will never ever order again , im disgusted
I received ********** service from Portia Mashala , after I messaged her for a delivery - she said the driver will deliver after 18pm how can a 75 inch tv be laying flat in a delivery vehicle at the back of the canopy untied , an damaged and the driver not test it upon delivery, I am utterly disappointed provided that he delivered at 19.29pm and made me sign a delivery form , and fled off - i had to carry the tv with my dad in the rain into our home , the terms an conditions stated he had to test it when I questioned him he said his not allowed to do so , so I wanted proof or assistance as to how to get this tv collected , who delivers electronics after 10am in the morning those are said to be marked off as an urgent delivery it was dispatched early in the morning assuming at 8am for it to be delivered at 19.29pm this service is pathetic , to my surprise- the driver said he received it in that condition from teljoy , I dont want anyone to ever use nucleus or teljoy services they are beyond selfish and inconsiderate
Firstly had ********** service, they got the tv delivered at 19.29pm on the 8th of December , provided that he took out the tv at the back of the canopy, when the driver delivered he did not test the tv upon delivery which the terms and conditions said , the tv is delivered in a damaged condition, when I spoke to a live agent a lady with the name Nathabiseng she assisted me with good expertise although she took long to respond , then later Retha called me which is said to be the service manager, spoke to her explained what has transpired and said she would escalate the matter when I expected feedback , during the day today which is the 15th of December no positive response whatsoever but they insinuating on me paying a pro rata fee , how can I pay a fee for something I did not enjoy with my mom which was initiallyfor her birthday.I requested them to pick it up as this LCD is damaged , this is beyond par and I do not recommend this to anyone.She spoke as if she would provide a solution to the problem , instead its a problem, to me because when I spoke to the driver he said he is not allowed to test it upon delivery he received it from teljoy in that condition, I wanted proof of him receiving the item in that condition/state he also did not respond , they are using nucleus supply chain , and the client service manager - she also did not respond or revert back to me , as per my query , provided that I too work as an escalation agent and customer service champion , I have zero tolerance for people who dont give 100% in customer care , I will share this with the vast nation of South Africa and ensure no one uses this service.
Good day , I bought a bag from the store which was a laptop bag branded by supernova within one week the stitches came loose , and I texted them via titkok no positive response.I have the proof of purchase and pictures taken I left a review on Google as well , this bag is meant to carry my laptop and the mouse only , but it seemed like its not fit for everyday usage I dont want this bag , I will return it for a full refund.I do not want this bag and I will rate it on supernova as well , it has no value for money.
Truworths payment department agents saying I owe RL Daly since when does a client have to pay an attorney or debt collectors extra fees truworths did not notify me I owe this people neither did I receive emails or calls , I paid up my account - I even spoke to a manager at truworths im going to deal with you , cause your WhatsApp bot does not pick up my id number *********** service, trying to get more money out of us
Had an account with truworths I spoke to an agent in payments department then requested to speak to a manager, the so called manager assisted me whos coloured as per accent , when enquiring for a clearance or statement showing i paid the account she said I owe the debtors an amount because my account was handed over, since when do clients by debt collectors? I have done debt collections before shes working in Cape town probably with non expertise, in collections or liasing with customers , I will continue to leave negative reviews - the salaries are on time but not the customer service , pathetic service given by Tamrin/Tamlyn whatever her name is , I have then contacted the debt collectors telephoncially and via WhatsApp they not able to pick up on system that I owe anything, how in the hell can I as a customer ow RL Daly incorporated when I owed truworths , why do I owe truworths and RL Daly is this truworths way of getting more money out of us as clients I also spoke to Kholisa at campus square Melville, she said she was going to revert back yet she didnt - this service is so low they can milk a pregnant snake , im utterly disappointed
I had an account which was in arrears finally paid it up and still not reflecting on the debt collectors side , that truworths is using - they keep calling me and im tired of receiving calls , from this company with their high interest rate
Good day , I would like to rate Mukhona 5 stars for assisting me in the most professional and prompt manner , followed customer service protocol.I received my parcel yesterday after fighting with all agents.
