Excellent service

Automagic Centurion , the service i received fron them is excellent. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding professional manner in which my vehicle repairs were handled. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent, and the workmanship and attention to detail were truly appreciated. It is clear that your team takes great pride in delivering quality service and customer satisfaction. I would also specifically like to commend Jennifer for her exceptional customer care. She went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the entire process and was always willing to assist wherever required. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Please extend my gratitude and compliments to Jennifer and the entire team. bad customer service

i have been trying to get help from chery customer service, i might as well speak to a wall, im not getting through on phone or emails. i required eta on spares ordered to repair my vehicle and cannot get into contact with them at all.i'm really not impressed at all. I EXPECTED BETTER FROM U CHERY I'VE BEEN A CLIENT FOR A LONG TIME 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED

Checkers 6060 u dont have stock of aby chicken really, no sodawater , no baby marrows im really disappointed flip it . Worst ever experiqnce on 6060 to date . This is not your std im sure. Get yourself sorted pls

Bad Service

Package not delivered stating consignee not avalible past saterday, I WAS AT HOME WAITING, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. THIS IS PRETORIA BRANCH. FORGET CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE PICKS UP.W TRACKING JUST SAYS OUT ON COURIOR VEHICLE SAME AS SATERDAY. TRIED CALLING NOW AGAIN NO ANSWER. TRACK no Z***. I.m not happy thiw is not 1st time this has happened

Useless Service received

Very bad service , not getting any info on a claim value its been 4 working days since last week Wednesday 15 October. Really this is not on , absolutely useless.

REALLY BAD SERVICE . NONE AT ALL .

I phoned the absa verification no about 10 times over 45min, says putting u through to consultant then disconnects. Got through 1 time asked call centre give card verification dept to get ly salsung wallet linked, NO CALL BACK AY ALL. Tgied ABSAFB they read the lessages snd dont reply at all. REALLY ABSA IS THIS HOW U TREAT CLIENTS WHOM NEED YOUR HELP.

This company is really bad at delivering items on time , get WA saying delivery 18 11 2024 then nothing happens, out for delivery 20 11 2024 and yet again no delivery . this company needs to sort out their issues , really useless

BAD SERVICE EXPERINCE

Worst service experience ever. Had my Chery pro 8 serviced yesteday8 Oct 2024. 1. On inspection i found oil was waisted on engine cover and was not cleaned i had to get mechanic to clean it. 2. Service km on computer was not reset I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. 3. At home this morning i found two engine bay plastic cover plastic retainers missing , 1 was loose on top of the engine cover the other one is missing. i really expected more , compared to another dealer i used in Polokwane YOU ARE WAY LACKING CALL ME ASAP

NO FEEDBACK FROM HOME CONNECT ON NO WIFI ISSUE???????????????????????

wifi off in Gauteng / Pta area since 4 am this morning and still off , whats the issue i have to keep sending messages to get feedback on any progress , customer care very helpful but no feedback on progress from home connect , this is really not on at least tell us what the issue is and for how long ,
