I’m very disappointed with Booking.com. I was charged twice for the same booking after my first payment declined and then went through. I immediately contacted them and was promised a refund, but it’s been nothing but excuses since then. Now they’re claiming the second payment is linked to another booking made with a different email address, which is completely false. I only used one email for all my bookings and payments. Their customer service keeps saying they’re investigating, but no one is resolving the issue. I’ve lost confidence in Booking.com’s reliability and transparency. I just want my refund for the duplicate payment!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Marko regarding a Samsung double door fridge I purchased . I logged a service call on Monday after the fridge completely stopped working. I was told a technician would contact me within 72 hours — that never happened. I’ve been calling every single day for updates, and instead of getting real assistance, I was pushed around and told a “Defy ambassador” would help me. Why I’m dealing with Defy for a Samsung fridge is beyond me. I also sent through proof of purchase to Samsung, only to be told they “can’t open a PDF document.” How is that even possible for a major brand? It’s now been days without a working fridge, with no solution, no technician, and no real help. I’m tired of going back and forth. This is not the service one expects after spending thousands on a trusted brand. Do better, Marko. Do better, Samsung.
