PLATINUM HEALTH FACILITIES IN RUSTENBURG SERVICE IS DEGENERATING, IT IS LIKE A PUBLIC HOSPITAL. YOU WAIT FOR 5 HOURS BEFORE YOU SEE A DOCTOR, WE ARE PAYING THE MEDICAL AID A LOT OF MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT HIRING STAFF, THEY GET ALOT OF PATIENTS DAILY, WITH ONLY A MINIMUM STAFF ATTENDING TO THE PATIENTS. I FEEL LIKE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS GREEDY, AND THEY ARE ONLY FOCUSING ON PROFIT, THEY ARE NOT STAFFING THIER BUSINESS AND AS A RESULT POOR PATIENTS ARE SUFFERING, THE QUEUE IS 50x WHAT IT USED TO BE ON THEOR PHARMACY, I WILL TAKE PICTURES AND SHARE THEM NEXT TIME. I'M REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN WHAT PLATINUM HEALTH HAS TURNED INTO.
Service is exceptional at this point in time. I studied the response time, and the professionalism... Keep it up.
Good day Team. I bought a vehicle from N&N Car sales in Rustenburg, I had issues with the vehicle 25 days after buying the vehicle. And to date I still have issues with the vehicle and whenever I engage with them to resolve the problem they are refusing to land me an ear. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them as thier service is bad and only interested in your money. The day you have challenges even if you are still in warranty period, you will have to us your own money to fix whatever the problem is. Regards. L.K
Good day Team. Telkom defrauded me a month after I took a cellphone contract with them. I took a cellphone contract with Telkom and I my monthly service fee was supposed to R736. A month later Telkom stuff added an amount of R295 for insurance which I never gave consent to. I have engaged with Telkom on numerous accounts and no one wants to assist me. I even called the insurance but they refer me back to Telkom to cancel and when I call Telkom they say I must contact the insurance company. I wrote mails and made calls to them but to date my issue is still not resolved. I need telkom to cancel this insurance and reimburse me the monies paid to this insurance which they added without my consent. Regards. L. KHUNOU
Fraudulent Contract reviewed by Vodacom Stuff for their own benefits. We did engage with Vodacom and ultimately ended up getting hold of the sales rep who sold the contract. But every time we get hold of her, she says she doesn't have a laptop with her or she can't talk with us for other reasons. We have tried to engage Vodacom at all levels and no one cares to listen to us. We wrote an email to costumer care and the CEO of Vodacom but no one really cares. Regards.
