PLATINUM HEALTH FACILITIES IN RUSTENBURG SERVICE IS DEGENERATING, IT IS LIKE A PUBLIC HOSPITAL. YOU WAIT FOR 5 HOURS BEFORE YOU SEE A DOCTOR, WE ARE PAYING THE MEDICAL AID A LOT OF MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT HIRING STAFF, THEY GET ALOT OF PATIENTS DAILY, WITH ONLY A MINIMUM STAFF ATTENDING TO THE PATIENTS. I FEEL LIKE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS GREEDY, AND THEY ARE ONLY FOCUSING ON PROFIT, THEY ARE NOT STAFFING THIER BUSINESS AND AS A RESULT POOR PATIENTS ARE SUFFERING, THE QUEUE IS 50x WHAT IT USED TO BE ON THEOR PHARMACY, I WILL TAKE PICTURES AND SHARE THEM NEXT TIME. I'M REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN WHAT PLATINUM HEALTH HAS TURNED INTO.

The nurses at platinum health ba***eng mall are terribly rude and very judgmental when it comes to a patient's consultation (me) which should not be asked due to respect for my personal decisions. the stuff should respect their patients and do their required job without invading the privacy of a patient. i felt judged and undermined by the staff at Platinum health Ba***eng today.
